Love these shoes.
This was my first order from Spring Step Shoes although I have purchased shoes from the L'Artiste line elsewhere. I wear a size 5 which is hard to find but Spring Step had an abundance. The shoes run true to size, very comfortable and the design offers that special something so lacking elsewhere.
I am so pleased.

The quality of shoes I ordered is excellent….I needed to exchange one of the pairs for one size larger and the refund/exchange page on the site did not work for me. I wore those boots for one day and the started peeling and the sole came off. I am still sending the back!!! I have never had this issues with their boots. It’s been a year before I bought these boots so maybe this company is no longer produces good quality anymore.

I have never had a bad experience with this company. The products are beautifully made regarding style, comfort, true to size and delivery time. Once I discovered this shoe source I have purchased all my shoes from Springstep. It offers such a large variety of styles that I barely need to purchase anywhere else.
