Massive safety issues ignore by this company. Their products could blind you...
I am one of the many victims of the company's appalling attitude to safety. I purchased a number of these lights only to find they explode with catastrophic results - sending sharp shards of plastic upto 2 metres away. If that went if your eye whilst working close by it could blind you. SPV initially offered via a refund if I returned the lights. A number of weeks now and despite weekly chasing emails I am totally ignored - along with many other customers, they simply have your money and dont care. I will be very happy to update my review if SPV do the right thing and return my monies that have withheld from me.

The SPV ligts are great and do a perfect job of lighting up dark pathways. This is my second time purchasing them 😊

I've bought a few lights from here, last ones I brought were the fairy lights, had around 10 weeks and already stopped working, will never buy here again, absolutely waste of money, and my comment on Facebook keeps getting removed, only the positive comments stay. Very poor.

Lights are excellent and delivered promptly would use again when necessary

The 128 LED Solar Security Lights I received arrived quickly, and are of a great build quality. These lights are very bright and light up quite a large area. I would recommend Spv lights to everyone.

Since my negative comments due to their faulty items I have been blocked from posting any reviews on their site … think this tells a story.. avoid at all costs!!!!

Order 12 lights from spv. 2 are not working. After several unanswered phone calls. Left a voice mail for a ring back. NOTHING. Contact them through Instagram. Again NOTHING. Message on Facebook and left review on adverts that pop up. Messages gets removed. Only want good reviews on!!! So basically if you want to contact them about returning faulty items (didn't set up a account so no invoice number or account number or email details) you won't get anywhere. They are not interested. My advice use another company

Unfortunately I have had a conversation with the rudest of customer services person from SPV lights I have come across. After trying to explain that my parcel hadn’t been delivered by Evri on the 7th of August with another parcel from a different company she was so rude and interrupted when I was trying to explain that it was likely the parcel had been lost or stolen. She had no interest in my information at all and suggested I contact Evri which I have done on numerous occasions via their chat line. So once more I telephoned Evri who suggested I contact my provider regarding the said parcel as the parcel had not been delivered and it was under investigation !!!!!!!Hence I rang back the same person to update her with information I had already given her in my previous phone call? Thank goodness my other parcel from Trinny of London was dealt with more professionally and a replacement order is already on its way. I still have to wait for SPV lights to contact Evri to clarify the issue. This could be a long wait. Order 429700

Delightful little bee lights, a warm glow from their bodies, very effective. Solar panel works well and charges efficiently. Might need more! 🫢

Excellent well made product

Came on time. Product is as advertised and works well. Bought a number if theses over the years and they're still working ad well as when first bought.

Have had problems getting them to set as I want, there are supposed to be 3 different settings but can only get them to work on one, then rust spots appeared inside one and when I complained I was advised to return but had alread binned all the packaging of them then today one has exploded, feels like a waste of money

Love these lights have 2
of them at home and 4 at our caravan on the decking. Might buy some more too. Just hope that they last longer than my previous ones bought locally that will be the test!

I made an order which arrived, the lights were too bright and cold for what I was looking for. I used the online returns label they provided but I was never refunded. I have sent two emails to chase since and havent had a reply from either, it is July now and I made the order in April. I have called the customer service helpline but there was never an anwer. I have effectively lost the entire amount of my order. Stay well clear.
