I wish I'd checked TrustPilot before ordering. My order was supposed to ship within 3-5 business days, but still just says 'order confirmed'. I emailed them 9 days after ordering and got the following response:

'Hi Michaela!

Thank you so much for your email, I’m so sorry that hasn't arrived to you yet. I will absolutely get this sorted for you now.

Let me just go and have a check into this for you and I will get this chased up for you now to find out the whereabouts of your order. 💗

It has been 3 days since this email, and I've heard nothing more. Tragic.

Placed an order on Feb 12th for our granddaughter it never arrived, no replies to my emails neither

Ordered a singular slime on 28th December 2025, and there were a few weeks delay at first which I understand due to Christmas and new years etc. got an email on Feb 7th saying the slime has been shipped and is on the way. Now it’s 19th march and still no sign of the slime

We ordered the Taro Milk Tea Boba - Glossy Slime on 18th February 2026. We received it today on the 16th March 2026.
Packaging: Packaged well and box filled with pretty pink tissue paper.
Included: a slime care guide, the slime, a sweet and activator!
Slime texture: thick and glossy, only needed a little activator. Good quality! 9/10
Charms: 7 beads… so maybe a bit less than you might expect. But daughter happy.
Colour: pale lavender - a little lighter than the picture
Scent: no scent at all! Just typical slime scent. A little disappointing as it was described as taro scented :(
Shipping time: felt like a very long time! Asked for an update and I did get a reply but they forgot to include the tracking details.
Disappointed that it was missing the scent but it does feel good quality!

The website is a scam. I'm gutted I fell for it - that's never happened to me before. I raised it as a dispute on my banking app and hopefully I'll get my money back.

I didn’t want to give it one star but zero isn’t an option unfortunately. Awful experience, avoid at all costs. I paid for an order of over £60 which I have never received, nor have I received any money back. I contacted them via email twice now but have never had a response. I Please don’t order from this person.

Ordered in Dec 2025. It's now Feb 2026 and no slime has arrived. Sent em several emails with no response. No tracking. Nothing ! For a " family run business " in embarrassed for them. Asked for a refund but still nothing . Stay clear

I ordered on the 28th of November in 2025 and as of today, February 2nd of 2026 have recieved nothing. The payment has processed and i tried contacting them multiple times, received no reply. I will initiate a refund as this is unacceptable

I hated this I ordered on 3rd July 2025 its not here complete scam I want a refund do not order

My daughter ordered slime in August. It didn’t arrive and three emails have been ignored, including one to the UK listed director of the company. Have reported them to citizens advice so trading standards can look into them and encourage others scammed to do the same.

Never received, no reply to my emails. Until I threatened with trading standards and then eventually had a refund about 6 weeks later

Our slime never arrived. It’s been 3 months. I’ve emailed and received no response

My little girl loves slime so i made two seperate orders £57 in total this was 8th August it is now 24 December and still no slime!! In October after 20 emails a lady got back to me full of apologies and promised she will send Asap. 2 months later still no slime.

Don't fall for this one like I did. The website looks convincing as a UK based independent business with an authentic sounding owner bio. I placed an order that needing amending so I requested a refund so I could order again. I received an email saying that would be fine. Then no refund appeared. And now I have been ghosted. No further communication, no order, no money back. Luckily I paid on Amex so am currently going through the dispute process to get my money back. It's a scam

Well, shame on me! Squishy Verse is terrible. When an Advent calendar was ordered it arrived less than 10 days before Christmas thus it defeated the purpose of having an Advent calendar. I contacted them multiple times and asked for refund but they just send a generic email every time not addressing my question. Since I’m clearly stuck with the product let me tell you that I could have produced a better product in my own kitchen. Do NOT purchase!

I ordered from the website on 25th November, without having seen the reviews here. After a week without an update, I looked online and saw all the reviews here and panicked. I contacted the company, who replied within hours to say my order was in production.

My order arrived this morning and is really lovely. The slimes look and smell great, and the cute added extras in the box and the way the order is packed will make for a nice unboxing experience for my daughter.

The website does advise that production and delivery can take some time, so please bear this in mind and order in plenty of time. I’d be confident to order from here again.

I would give 0 of I could. Ordered in August 2025 and paid. No product has been dispatched or delivered, I contacted the company several times. Somebody got back to me once extremely apologetically and promising to rectify,but nothing has happened. My payment has never been refunded.

Made an order first week in October I've been completely egnored by them , I've used them 3 times before and had no issues so this was really disappointing, they're nothing but thieves, took my money and gave me nothing in return , they shouldn't be allowed to keep selling , awful company , no customer service, no responses , nothing !! Please don't use them , they're wasting your time and will just steal from you

Ordered 3 slimes at the beginning of August - no delivery or no response to any emails when chasing. Pretty disappointing from a company that’s one of the first to come up on a Google search. My daughter wanted to order from a seller in America and I encouraged her to order here as they was one of the top on Google and she would get it quicker/cheaper.

No slimes turned up in there delivery time . No response from them when emailing them . No response when email sent to request a refund. Had to get my bank to intervene . Now have a granddaughter that is disappointed not to be receiving these for xmas.
