SRJWINDOWS Scotland Bewertungen

We were looking to replace our front door and initially drawn to SRJ as they have a large showroom with an extensive range on display. We spoke with a member of the team there who provided information to help us with our choices. The next step was for someone to call round and discuss the various options available and if requested, provide an estimate. Darrel was very knowledgeable, he spent time with us explaining various details, features and considerations which helped us narrow down the door for us and we were more than happy to proceed with SRJ and the price quoted. Following a survey, the door was ordered and a day arranged for it to be fitted. Jack and Murray did an excellent job, professional, courteous and tidy. Within the week a plasterer attended to finish the surround.

Throughout the process, we have been impressed with each and every member of the team we have had contact with, in person and on the phone, the level and standard of communication and the quality of work and attention to detail. The door has been in place now for about 2 months and we are very happy with it. We would not hesitate to recommend SRJ Windows and indeed, should we come to replace our windows, we will call on them.

An excellent service from start to finish!
Salesman was friendly and helpful; there was no messing around with pricing, all very straightforward.
I didn’t have to wait long for an installation date.
Installation was quick and efficient. The window fitters were prompt, polite and friendly and were respectful of my property. They made an excellent job of installing my windows and cleaned up well afterwards.
I would highly recommend this company.

I always go back to SRJ. Good value, quality and professional installations. Over the last couple of years, I have had 6 windows and two doors on my house. I got two doors installed on my mum's house. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Not the cheapest, but in my opinion, they are the best. Very friendly and helpful office and installation staff. Thanks, guys!

The team were great from our first visit to the showroom through to completion. Lots of great advice! The installation was quick and the team left the house really clean! Love our new door !

The whole experience of purchasing a new door was excellent from start to finish. Good service is hard to find these days so it was a pleasure that it all ran smoothly. The staff were punctual and polite and the joiners did a great job.

Absolute excellent company from start to finish, Sales man was just so lovely, no hard sell and answered all our questions, the workmen were brilliant, super considerate to the fact we had a wee house cat, told us everytime they were going into a different room ( so we could move the cat) left my house every day Absolutely spotless and explained and showed us how the windows and doors worked once all were finished.

Can honestly say I wished we had never used them fitters were respectful quick ,but issues followed hall window left hanging on one screw causing panic chips in facing ,one sill popped out not even in properly mould round sealant in more than one room now it's turning yellow after a year on regardless at fixing quickly or not some issues should not have occurred, went with them because of recommendations wrong choice especially for the price you pay .

The best company and excellent service from start to finish. Everyone involved was professional and friendly, the workmen were quick and efficient, and the aftercare staff were lovely too, checking in to make sure everything was okay. The doors are top quality and there is a good selection to choose from. I highly recommend SRJ. 5+ stars!

Excellent service throughout from quotation to installation. Third installation from SRJ and always been great.

We recently had French doors fitted. Found SRJ Windows to be an excellent company throughout. The showroom staff, sales team, fitters and after sales were helpful, informative and very pleasant to deal with. The quality of product and the fitting is of a very high standard. We're very satisfied and would definitely use SRJ Windows again.

Product and service was 1st class and was fitted quickly to a high standard with no issues. Tradesmen were professional and pleasant.

Brand new service right through from sales through to installation. Team checked in at various stages and windows fitters were top quality.

Excellent experience from start to finish, professional and friendly company, the team of fitters were absolutely 1st class & didn't hang about, would highly recommend SRJ to anyone.

I honestly couldn't fault SRJ Windows. The level of customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. The installation was very professional and the quality of windows and door are fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very good communication and well fitted windows

From the guys arriving to the end job, was truly a fabulous experience with Srj they were very professional and polite and cleaned up at end of job, I have no issues recommending Srj at any point of time…. A job well done SRJ.

Excellent service and high quality windows. More interested in getting you the right product than pushing sales.

Great service, smooth installation and competitively priced

I had SRJ windows put into my home 22 years ago, Woodmill crescent Dunfermline. They took out two windows and replaced them with a big bay window, then did all the house and doors. Not one piece of rubbish did I pick up or clean up, they were amazing. So a few months ago, we needed a new door in our new house. Straight back to SRJ, never even thought of going anywhere else. Again they left the house and garden spotless. Workmen were brilliant not just with us but the were good with our neighbours also. My new door... absolutely beautiful, strong and sturdy. And no draughts. I will have no hesitation in using SRJ again and again. I am always recommending them too. Brilliant. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Great quality product and no hard sell or weird pricing to navigate, particularly appreciated as I was recovering after a break in. Finance options helped me afford another window which had been fitted in the 80s with only silicon holding it in. A relief to have a secure window and patio door now. The quality of the product meant the insurance company were happy to cover the cost of the replacement patio door, even though it wasn’t their preferred vendor.
