I managed to write a natal chart by hand.

It was especially valuable to see how the course brings the abstract symbolism of the natal chart into a concrete, experiential understanding.

I loved the course and looked forward to every lesson. The teachers genuinely care, and they approach the teaching with responsibility and involvement with the students. The teachers (Deb, Wade, Morgan and others) are true professionals and experts, yet they are giving away the knowledge and legacy of the ancient horary art in a humble, respectful way. It is a very educational, in depth, well-structured course, one of the best courses I ever took.

I’ve just completed a course with the School of Traditional Astrology, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best courses I’ve ever taken.
The structure is exceptionally well thought out, and the teaching is of a very high standard—clear, measured, and genuinely informative. What stood out to me most is how effectively the course guides you from complete beginner level to real competence, provided you engage with the material consistently.
It has transformed my understanding of traditional astrology, and in particular made the process of judging a horary chart much clearer and more accessible.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone with an interest in astrology, whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your knowledge. I’m already planning to continue with more courses from the School of Traditional Astrology—they really are that good.

I have just completed the horary certificate course, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The content was brilliant and the teaching fantastic. It was extremely well structured and paced and whilst there is of course an enormous amount to learn I felt very supported and encouraged throughout. Above all I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a fascinating introduction to a wonder-full craft.

Solid concepts, all astrologers should take the course. Maria was an excellent tutor. She´s very educational, it is always a pleasure to learn from Maria.

Es un curso excelente, el mejor que he tomado hasta ahora. Lleva la práctica astrológica a un nivel profesional. No creo que exista un mejor curso de horaria disponible (en ningún idioma). Está perfectamente estructurado y sus documentos de soporte y evaluación incluyen todo lo que se necesita saber para aprender y poner en práctica la técnica. Incluye ejemplos de cartas horarias y ejercicios que permiten afinar y entender los conceptos propuestos. Exige, en contraparte, compromiso y estudio serio. Solo me resta añadir que María Blaquier, la profesora que lo dicta en español, es excelente. Lo único lamentable es que se acabe, pero hasta eso está resuelto porque hay foros en distintos idiomas en la misma escuela para practicar y crear comunidad.

Recomiendo con los ojos cerrados el curso de Astrología Horaria de la STA con María Blaquier. Magnífica profesora que sabe como hacer entendible y fácil una materia tan sumamente difícil como es la Horaria. Acabas amando William Lilly y todo el esfuerzo y dedicación que también puso Deborah Houlding. Por no hablar de la excelencia del material de apoyo en forma de textos. Un diez porque no se puede poner un once.

Acabamos de terminar nuestro curso de astrología horaria y ha sido excepcional. Muy bien organizado, con contenido invaluable y con una profesora de lujo, Maria Blaquier. Tiene una paciencia y un saber hacer que te ayuda a ver fácil lo que es difícil. Un curso recomendable al 100%.

El curso de Astrologia Horaria es el mejor curso que he tomado, no solo por la estructura y contenidos de las unidades que contiene el mismo , sino que también por la dedicación ,pasión y conocimientos que compartió la docente durante las clases. The horary course is fantastic. It is the best astrology course I have ever taken. The methodology, the synthesis of years of experience, research, and traditional literature, the attention and availability of the tutors, as well as the personalized feedback and exercises, make this course truly exceptional. The only things you need on your side are time, an open mind, and mental capacity, because this course will expand your mind in the best possible way.

I am writing this review three months after finishing, and I already see a difference in my astrological practice, in how I read tarot, and even in my artistic practice, as I am now able to engage with symbols more deeply, having acquired a thorough technical understanding. The tutors also helped me become more courageous and to trust my intuition.

Another big take away from the course, since traditional astrology is not celebrated by some for its "fatalistic" vocabulary. Engaging with the course allowed me to change my perspective, as it is not the vocabulary that's a problem, but current cultural attitudes towards “good” and “bad” that currently exist in our society. Sometimes calling things by their name is the most refreshing thing one can do!

Terminé el curso de astrología horaria de nivel practicante en la STA y fue una experiencia excelente. El material es claro, completo y muy bien estructurado: se aprenden las reglas generales y luego se aplican a distintos tipos de preguntas (negocios, relaciones, objetos perdidos, etc.), el material de cada clase, y los ejercicios de práctica incluyen ejemplos concretos que componen un excelente manual de consulta.
Me incribí sin saber nada de astrología horaria y terminé el curso comprendiendo bien la técnica. Además, el enfoque tradicional y las referencias a autores clásicos enriquecieron muchísimo mi formación.
Recomiendo este curso a quienes quieran aprender astrología horaria desde cero o profundizar en la astrología predictiva con una base sólida y práctica.
