Great service from start to finish, could not fault in anyway, the engineer John was so respectful to me and my property at such a difficult time. Thank you for this service which helps others re-use such an essential item at an affordable price and a hassle free removal. I hope mums stairlift helps someone else.

Would recommend Stairlifts Warehouse highly for anyone who needs a lift removal quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Simon came back with a fair offer and put the wheels in motion to remove free in 2 days,( original installers offer nothing and wanted £200 to remove).John (engineer) was polite and efficient, payment was received in 5 minutes and was done and dusted in half an hour, couldn't ask for anything more. Great work lads👍

Just great service! Stairlifts Warehouse even came the same day; thanks to Jade on the phone for the great communication and support in arranging that. I received a good price for the pair of stairlifts I had and the funds were transferred to my bank account while the dismantling work was being done.
Declan, the engineer, arrived on time and did a fast, efficient and clean job of dismantling both stairlifts. He was excellent. Felt a bit sorry for him due to the amount of time he had to spend fastening down the rails on his roof rack.

I contacted a few stairlift companies. This company gave me the best quote. The customer service lady booking the removal was really accommodating with suitable dates. On the day, I had a call from the engineer John to confirm his arrival time. Following inspection of the stairlift, payment was made straight away. John was hard working, clean and efficient in removing the stairlift. No damage to carpet or decoration. Thanks John.

Great service , taken out quickly and good communication .

Generally fine. However the company appears to have some internal communication issues. The lady on the phone Jade and my confirmation e-mail gave me one time window, but the engineer John when he texted the day before gave me another. When I mentioned the time given by Jade he said "She is not meant to give times". This was an inconvenience as I had to change plans. Both people were otherwise nice, friendly and professional.
