Bad customer service.
I made a mistake in shipping address, I sent an email to correct the mistake as the website said corrections must be made within 1 hour of ordering. I got a response email after the item was shipped says we didn't receive your first email. After this response I forwarded the email they said they never received and I heard nothing back. This company will not re-emburse payment or re-ship. Worst customer service I've dealt with in my life, honestly a bunch of theives. 0 stars should be an option

purchased as a graduation gift for my GF, shipping is not very quick, but it's also a custom-made piece, so I wasn't too upset by it. The quality of the product is surprisingly good. Parts feel solid and heavy. Stamping paper is very satisfying and noticeable. Great gift for any bookworms in your life.
