I am very happy with my new stair-lift, never expected it to be so sleek and comfortable, should have ordered one much sooner. It is a real relief to not have to climb those stairs.

The whole process was very easy. The representative came out right away. I was amazed of how little time it took but how sturdy the stair lift is.

The installer was very nice and made some adjustments for me height once it was installed. He made sure knew all the features before he left.

The stairlift has been a life saver. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and it was getting harder and harder to go up and down the steps.

The process went according to their estimated time of arrival through the point of their completion and departure. They explained what they were going to do, they did it, and then they wrapped things up by showing us how to operate the startlifts.

Purchase and installation were easy and quickly achieved. The stair lift is in use and works well. Only the cats don't like it, but they'll adjust.

The process of buying and installing the Stannah Stairlift was pleasant and effortless. I was contacted very quickly after I made an inital inquiry, was able to set up a date a fair amount in the future, and found the Sales Rep, Tony well versed with our particular needs. The installer, James, was knowledgeable and well organized and gave us a good demonstration of the stairlift which has made our lives so much easier. We are very glad we selected Stannah Stairlift.

My job was completed properly and I am happy with the results.

They did a good job-Only thing at the lower chair does not leave much space to banister
A slightly longer shaft is needed for more clearance between chair and banister.

My wife and I needed two stair lifts quickly as I've fallen down the stairs several times and have balance issues. Stannah was out promptly, provided an impressive presentation and had them installed within 2 weeks. Very happy with Stannah stair lifts.

Just wish that the installer added a few more inches so the chair reached the top of the stairs. At the bottom I can get on and off very easy, but the top is not all the way up, so I have to use my arms and legs to get up and down. Very disappointed! Maybe that’s the design, but if it is someone needs to correct it. I have weak legs, thus the reason for the stair chair.

Katy, Melissa and Installer were great. Addition to our house is really helpful. I've used it for both of us and groceries so far.
