Had xmas damage to motor home and immediately put insurance on notice. Arranged claim and repair approx June. Documentation was easy and relevant, repair booked with repairer of my choice and that was it, easy, clean but above all, insurer did not try to shift blame, find point of policy to decline claim and communication was easy and courteous. Highly recommended and value for money. To be fair, the true value of an insurance policy is at time of claim and this experience showed true value.

I think the front line staff who take your call are very very helpful getting a claim underway. In our case they explained the process in a manner that was helpful, easy to understand and things were underway to get our windscreen repaired in a very timely manner. Thank you.

Our dealings with Star Campacare insurance for a caravan accident was impeccable. Great communication, phones answered in timely manner, knowledgeable staff, and good outcome. Prices are high but aren't they all. Would highly recommend.

I already have insurance for my motorcycle with Star, so I applied for a quote online for our new car, when the quote arrived promptly by email I had a couple of questions, so I called.
As normal when calling Star Insurance one of your amazing people answered my call immediately, they were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, the new policy was sorted out immediately.
This kind of service is very rare these days, and is a credit to your company.

Star Insurance came to the rescue with a quote that was realistic especially when you consider that the vehicle isn't used fir 9 months of the year due to us living in the UK. Keep up the good work.
