Excellent service and delivery sacond mattress purchased got one for my son last year had mine delivered 2 days ago no complaints.

We needed a double mattress for the spare room in our caravan and came across Starlight Beds, who had lots of unusual sizes. The prices were very good and we ordered a mattress. It arrived very quickly.
We unpacked it and allowed it to expand. It was perfect for us, as we like a firm mattress.
We were so impressed, we decided to order another (of a different size) for the main bedroom.
Again, the price was great and delivery was very quick.
I would recommend Starlight Beds if you need a non-standard mattress - although they also sell standard sizes.

We ordered mattresses from them which were supposed to be delivered from Saturday to Monday as mentioned in their delivery time below.

We did NOT receive the mattresses. They only sent the order details to DPD but they never actually dispatched the mattresses.

When I called them, they said there is some issue in production and you will receive the mattresses on Friday. I said okay.

Then I called again on Friday and again they gave the same excuse that there is some problem in the production house, so we will deliver it next Tuesday.

Then I told them to please refund my money, so they said the refund will take 5 to 10 working days.

So the mattresses that they were supposed to deliver in 2-3 days, we never received them, and on top of that our money will be stuck for 20-22 days.

My point is, if you order from here, you will not get your order, but they will keep your money for 3 to 4 weeks. And even then they will refund it with great difficulty.

I would NEVER recommend this. Please avoid this page at all cost.

Great quality but just over a week to receive

Still not received the two mattresses I ordered and paid for. I’ve also had no reply to my email to query this!! I will never purchase from this company again and wouldn’t recommend.

Great mattress, looks thinner than the picture but then again it’s probably for illustration purposes only. But still worth the money.

Delivery quoted as 2-4 business days. Took 6 business days. Customer service could only say that it was on its way, when they could be bothered to respond.

Slow 🐌 delivery but happy

Ordered a mattress that was supposed to arrive between last Saturday and Monday and it’s still not been dispatched. I’ve emailed customer support twice and have had no response.
I’ve moved into a new house and haven’t had a mattress to sleep on.
No compensation offered, no clue when the mattress is supposed to arrive, if at all.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company.

Unfortunately my experience with this shop was bad. 36 hours after the date on which the order was supposed to be delivered, no one has bothered to contact me and let me know what the issue might be so I have decided to cancel the order and I am waiting for my refund. I hope that goes through.

Ordered item on the Thursday for Friday delivery which never happened then phoned customer services to be told delivery can take 4 to 5 working days which wasn’t stated when ordering the item I then receive an email saying item will be delivered the following Wednesday which hasn’t happened also when trying to call you your call centre times are 11 till 3 which is awful and also after speaking to someone about my order they told me there having problems with DHL delivery service so if that’s the case use someone else instead of upsetting customers which is really bad and unprofessional I’m not one to leave reviews but this one I cannot ignore also this is for my daughters bed which she is now without a mattress due to your false information

Not great as ordered a week ago on a 2 day delivery and still no show. Called up and advised the manufacturers had a delay so there is a backlog. Not good when I need the mattresses for my kids and no offer of compensation.

It was really easy to order but I can't say what its like or how comfy it is as its not been delivered yet

Has past the delivery date, i have contacted DHL whom reolied straight away. They have not recieved the items.
I have emailed and phoned and had no reply so ive no idea whats going on. I would not reccomend anyone buy from here.
Hoping someone will reply to me on here?

It hasn't been delivered, it was supposed to be here last week dhl says they dont have the parcel and that they cant track it because no one is scanning it.

Spent enough money and I wont accept being robbed blind! I want a full refund i emailed before leaving this review twice and got no reply either!

The dhl website says i need to contact the retailer, but cant contact them ever so this is most likely a scam do not give you're well earned money to these people you will be very upset about the outcome!
I have lost a load of money now because people cant do their jobs properly!

I have not recieved my matress it has been past the delivery date no tracking details have been sent

The worst service ever. Paid for matress, waiting more then one week, alwaysa said that sorry for delay. When I try to contact them, nobody answer on email or phone. Now I need to sleep on the floor, while waiting for refund and then order a new matress, but never here!!!!

Fantastic.!! Delivery was fast, bed is extremely comfortable, will be getting another from here.
