Avoid this company
They will gladly take your money but dont expect any service except lies about delivery and definitely dont exepct your goods to be delivered. All I've had is lies about a delivery. They produce the delivery label and then tell you it has been despatched leading you down a garden path but the product never goes to the courier service. They will just keep you hanging with stories about your expected delivery.

Order not correct
I had ordered 2 single mattresses urgently for an ABNB only 1 arrived when I contacted them they said they had made a mistake and would send one out which would take 2-3 working days that was 7 days ago and still not arrived I have had to turn people away which isn’t ideal.

I very rarely leave reviews but I must make an exception here. I'm so pleased with my mattress. I must admit I was abit dubious because because of the price but I have to say I would 100% order again, the mattress its self is so bouncy but firm and i have already recommended to my friend. If you're looking for comfort at a reasonable price then look no further 😉 the delivery was so fast too.

Only fit for the dump!
The mattress I purchased is nothing like I expected. The “memory foam” top feels like a single, thin layer of fabric and it does nothing to stop you from hearing or feeling the springs. Unfortunately I opened the plastic cover to feel it, so I’m unable to return it- it’s only fit for landfill.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that the mattress did not meet your expectations. It does look like the mattress you received was a budget mattress, so this does have fewer comfort fillings that our higher end mattresses. As our mattresses do have a bonnell spring interior, it is expected that they will be heard to a certain extent.
However, if you could reach out to us on help@starlightbeds.co.uk, we would like the opportunity to be able to make this right for you!
Kind regards,
Megan
