I had high hopes. Placed an initial order and opted for a subscription. However, I’m about to cancel that. Why? Because Starmintz shipped my order with EVRI!. Still not received it, probably never will. Order number 2543.
I’d love to review the actual product, but never even arrived.
In short, Starmintz, your choice of courier is trashing your reputation!

Great product and super delivery.

Great taste and really good to freshen breath when using retainer trays.

Great experience, very quick delivery but the mint is just a mint, not really for placing aligners. Is nice to freshen breath though.

Every time I have bitten down on one of the mints to use as a chewy it breaks. I really don’t like the taste either and they are very expensive.

Brilliant way to seat your aligners, Great taste even being sugar free. Also noticed that they stopped me from getting dry mouth which has been a thing since wearing aligners. I’ll continue to use them in between eating morning and night.

Just what I needed on my aligner journey, when it comes to hygiene I'm a bit OCD, thats where these mints stepped in. I hated using them dirty chewies the dental practitioner advised me to use. These mints are great not only freshen my breather but also killed any unwanted bacteria the aligners cause.

Buyer beware.

Their marketing makes this mint sound like a UK product, but it’s actually made in China and this isn’t disclosed anywhere.

When I contacted them, they immediately agreed to refund me but only issued a partial refund and kept 50p for no reason. Shopify doesn’t do this automatically, so it appears intentional.

They also ignored two follow-up emails. I’m not being petty about a mere 50p — this is about transparency, which they failed to provide on multiple occasions. At this stage, I wouldn’t trust or recommend this company at all.

*The issue is that customers cannot find out the country of manufacture until they receive the item, which is unfair to buyers. I did ask how to return the items, but they told me to dispose of them. Again, their reply is misleading and dishonest.*
