Very informative and good to explore
Clean family environment

The weather was raining but that helped keep the line short and people off the pedestal. So we could spend as much time as we wanted walking around. Lady Liberty is truly amazing.

On schedule, easy to navigate and nice employees

We had a great time visiting the Statue of Liberty! It was very hot so be prepared to take a fan for comfort as well as comfortable clothing.

The attention to true handicap people who use wheelchairs for mobility gets minimized. For staff tying to value “ no visible disabilities” we. Saw perfectly able people lining up to take the elevator to not use the stairs while my wife and her elderly mother walk up and i wait foe us to be given priority we get told someone had ro make the line for me and expected me to leave my autistic legally blind CP child alone . I was not able to bring her bag with diapers and supplies making it impossible for us to properly meet her sensory and medical needs. We had to cut our visit short, very disappointed . WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING PASS THE BASIC PASS FOR PEOPLE WITH TRUE SENSORY/ MOBILITY NEEDS.

There were too many securities wearing id and staten ferry jacket, they misleaded us and scammed us

Myself and my family traveled from Tampa Florida to go to the Statue of Liberty. It was our first experience and was really looking forward for my kids to experience the history. Your website when I order tickets clearly stated pedestal and crown access? We were able to make it to the views of pedestal, but we’re stopped from going to crown? We were very disappointed as I read when purchasing tickets. Clearly the word access means just that as I stated, in the beginning, my children were really looking forward to the views from the crown, and we were turned away. We will never purchase tickets from this site again.
