WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

THEY DONT DO A SHIT FOR YOU OR YOUR COMPANY, THEY NEVER TAKE CARE ABOUT ANYTHING, they just make an landing page and that’s it, I HAVE LOST 6 MONTHS THROWING AWAY 5 THOUSANDS DOLLARS WITH THEM FOR JUST A WEBSITE THAT THEY DONT EVEN GAVE ME THE DOMAIN. They even couldn’t HELP ME TO GET VERIFIED BY GOOGLE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS MY WORST DECITION EVERRRRRRRRR PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!!!

RUN. Worst marketing agency I have ever worked with. Initially on my first phone call I was told that this was simply a google local service Ads agency who was going to help my lsa ranking from top 10 to top 3. I was happy with this idea as lsa is our biggest lead source. To then find out a month later they are not doing anything with lsa and have built a horrible website, copy/pasted from my current website, and started the long treacherous process of SEO. No no no that is no what I ever agreed upon or ever wanted.. I reached out to staylisted several times, absolute non-sense, rude employees and they all have a different story as to what their services are and hat they will offer you. I have spent over $7,500 with staylisted and only recieved 5 leads, all of which were bad lead from other marketing agencies telling me the website was bad and offering SEO and design services. I am very unhappy with this company tried getting out of my contract and they did not allow it and gave me the run around. RUN as far away from the company they are a complete scam, waste of money, horrible customer service as well no leads!!! I'd rather donate my money elsewhere.

I used this company for over 6 years with continuous disappointment but always a lot of promises. They want to charge to add pictures to my web page that was horrible from the start but claimed it was for ranking. Numerous reps multiple lies on and on. No they are holding my domain hostage because I have had enough. Do not believe them at all.

I had a terrible experience with StayListed.com. They never built the website on my domain as promised, and their communication was virtually non-existent. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, they failed to respond and did not release me from my contract. They repeatedly lied about their services and were completely dishonest throughout the process.
Their lack of transparency and failure to deliver on their promises made the entire experience frustrating and costly. I strongly advise against using StayListed.com for any marketing services.

I sent multiple messages to Staylisted to request they cancel their services. I was unable to get anyone to respond via phone or email. Since I couldn't get anyone to respond, I called my bank and had them block the charges. Only after I blocked the charges did they finally reach out. At that point I sent them copies of the emails I had sent previously requesting cancellation. Now I find out they sent those blocked charges to collections. I would like those charges removed and the collections actions withdrawn.

Staylisted completely failed to fix the problem with our google profile showing up in the wrong state. I asked them several times from the beginning, to fix it and they assured me they would, but it never was. The website they created for us was a joke. It was so repetitive without actually saying anything that as a consumer, I would have thought it to be a scam. We were told we could submit edits, but the whole thing needed redone. I don't have the time for that. That is why I paid these guys. The only thing that they were able to rank was a search for a specific service we offer, in a specific city. When a search was done for an electrician, we not only didn't make the first page, we didn't even make the top 15 pages. I stopped looking at that point. Even as the 6 months was up, we never showed up while searching for an electrician. It turned out, we did show up, but in the wrong state. All of the "metrics" that their team shared with me were a load of crap. Of all the "calls" I got, 95% were spam telling me that my website needed fixed in order to rank correctly (which was true) and the rest were people calling me from ohio and realizing their mistake quickly. The visits we got to the website were completely useless because anyone with half a brain realized the website said Fort Lauderdale 400 times and as they found the add in ohio, there was no point in calling. I am so irritated with their complete incompetency and false promises. I cannot believe that I paid so much money for absolutely nothing. I gave them almost 6 months to get their crap together but nothing improved. Upon issuing my complaint directly they repeatedly fed me a line of crap about how their system actually shows that we are ranking. They couldn’t care less that the “ranking” they provided doesn’t help us in the least. I find no alternative than to report their customer abuse. I clicked the acknowledgments on the termination page to stop further theft, but I want my money back. All $3608.

Stay listed was one of my worst business experiences. I had already signed up for and SEO marketing company, and they convinced be that the other company that was working for me was trash, and that I could get on top page of google guaranteed with them. They made this cookie cutter website with pages of false and flattering advertising, and said they couldn't change it much. When I asked for changes, it took them months. Calls were tons worse than the other company even after I gave it time.
They say they do all kinds of citations, but after three months, they didn't even set up my google maps as they promised. I had to do it myself.
When I asked an SEO expert to look at their website they made me, he laughed, and said the coding is faulty and there is no way it can trend the way it is.
Instead of giving me jobs, this has gotten so bad that another SEO company assumes that I designed the website, and spam contacts me to revamp it.
Now Jayna has a developed a toughluck, entitled attitude, and is doing nothing as I pay $130 a month for nothing but spam calls.
