Vi driver hotell och har testat några olika system genom åren. Stayo har fungerat bra för oss framför allt för att det är enkelt och inte känns onödigt krångligt.
Bokningar, gäster och den dagliga hanteringen går snabbt och det är lätt för personalen att förstå systemet utan någon längre upplärning. Vi använder det även en del från mobilen, vilket är smidigt när man inte sitter framför datorn.
Det finns fortfarande några saker vi gärna skulle se utvecklas framöver, men hittills har det fungerat stabilt och när vi behövt hjälp har vi fått snabba svar.
Överlag ett bra och lättjobbat system som passar vår verksamhet.
Vi har använt Stayo ett tag nu och är överlag väldigt nöjda. Systemet är enkelt att komma in i och det mesta känns logiskt utan att man behöver lägga mycket tid på att lära sig hur allt fungerar.
Det vi uppskattar mest är att det går snabbt att hantera bokningar och den dagliga driften, även från mobilen. Vi har också fått bra hjälp när vi haft frågor eller behövt support.
Det finns såklart alltid saker som kan utvecklas vidare i ett hotellsystem, men vår upplevelse hittills har varit väldigt positiv.
