Our courses include a wide range of online materials—such as a large bank of pre recorded videos, guided learning, tutor support designed to complement the books and provide a complete learning experience. It sounds like you may not have been able to access everything that was included, and we’d love the chance to help with that.

We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced when studying solely on your mobile phone. While our platform is accessible via mobile browsers, you’re absolutely right that some assessment content, particularly scenario‑based questions such as ACCA AA Section B, can be challenging to view on smaller screens. We would always strongly recommend using a laptop/desktop/tablet - the screen size of a mobile isn't big enough, specifically for questions as you have identified.... the mobile works well for a video/quick recap but not the best way to use the platform as primary study mode. The real exams are on a laptop/desktop so we always encourage students to practice on this - is there a way you could use a laptop/desktop to enhance your study preparation?

Where appropriate, our videos are broken down into bitesize chunks to make the content more digestible, so the videos will be based around working through the workbook/questions so the tutor will talk around the notes

For the accountancy subjects, you are correct in that an expert tutor will walk through the notes and worked examples explaining how things work and showing how to work the questions - this is part of our educational methodology so essentially students will have their workbooks/notes and watch the videos whilst working through the same material and examples
For some subjects, where it is maybe more technical, there isn't always lots of talking around the subject as it is more technical whereas some of the less technical sessions allow for more discussion around the topic

The tutors do work through the online workbook and chat through the concepts and worked examples, but they will also add in hints and tips, exam focus and real life application to enrich the sessions. ITBK is a very theoretical paper so you will find it is more of the tutor explaining the key concepts and working through examples to help explain the concepts

Glad you are finding the step assessments and mocks useful - these are essential. Exam question practice is the key to passing AAT exams

Each of the AAT papers comprises of online work book, exam practice kits, lots of videos, practice and apply questions and step assessments - there is huge amount of content to support - we have thousands of learners and have never had this feedback before so keen to understand more
