Just very easy to talk to, no over the top insurance jargon. Right to the point, understanding that everyone has different needs and budgets.

Steadily and the team and especially Tristan Long were very responsive, great communicators and easy to work with. Pricing was very competitive. Hopefully wont have any claims but will update this review accordingly.

Signed up for their insurance for a rental property and received a great price and basically instant insurance so I could cancel my high priced prior policy. What happened after that was a series of a couple of errors that caused me problems, but when they were made aware of it, I actually had someone from the c-suite take actions to resolve it quickly and efficiently going out of their way to make things right. In business, mistakes will happen. What sets a company apart is how they act when the problems occur. This company did everything right and made a point to be sure this same mistake doesn't happen again. I highly recommend them not only for their policies and pricing but also for their customer support and leadership.

First rental property and I had a question. They had my answer within minutes. And spoke to someone quickly. Most businesses put you on hold forever. Not them! Got a live person very quickly and they answered the question promptly. Very helpful and professional.

Steadily provides a phone number on their web site, agent Anna answered immediately, took care of my update and got me going. She was friendly, quick, and effective.
