28 SR Project
We used Steelo to procure all steel for the residence project (Side/Rear Extension and Chimney support steels) and couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team were incredibly helpful and accommodating, working closely with our project timeline without any issues. Deliveries were on schedule, and the quality of the materials was exactly what we needed. A great supplier to work with, one we would not hesitate to use again on future projects.

Steel arrived on back of flat bed no crane !
We had to destroy front garden plants to get steels into property .
We were not informed that steels would need to be manhandled from flat bed !
The manufacture of the material was very good
Shame about the delivery problems

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of the steel fabrication itself.
We would however like to clarify that your quotation and order were for delivery only via flatbed vehicle and did not include crane offload services. The order consisted of two steel beams only, and no crane hire or mechanical offloading was requested or included within the agreed scope of works. This is also outlined within our terms and delivery documentation provided prior to delivery.
We appreciate the delivery may not have met your expectations; however, the materials supplied and delivery method were in accordance with the agreed order specification.
