Steelo cares for their customers
Steelo cares for their customers. They're extremely responsive and helpful. When they started to produce my order other companies didn't even reply back with a quote, so I highly recommend Steelo. I had the inspector yesterday and he approved it. From final measurement to deliver is about a week in my case because I asked for a specific date, might be faster I guess.

Poor logistics
Very helpful and knowledgeable in the office but unfortunately very uncooperative with the delivery as refused to deliver by Hiab even when I offered to pay, I measured the road and showed them sufficient width to come through my service road but they did not want to cooperate even though I have many deliveries by Wickes, Selco and other builders merchants using Hiab lorries.
If you want a good professional service, do not count on their delivery.
