Made an order which was unfortunately lost in transit through the collection point and no fault of Steiff. Excellent and sympathetic customer service provided and all money refunded swiftly. Strong communication and overall service was great despite the initial item being lost (again this was more of an issue with the collection point that UPS had selected) I was able to source a replacement item and Steiff acted to ensure the situation was resolved perfectly. Many thanks to the customer service staff who dealt with my order.

I ordered a limited edition Steiff character for a special birthday from steiffuk.com as a pre order for early July. I had been unable to source from the other known outlets.
I knew it would be a bit of a wait as the the figure was still being made by Steiff in Germany but my anxious wait was eased by regular updates. I was provided with UPS tracking on transit from Germany
to Steiff uk so I could follow its journey online and on receipt of my purchase, it was forwarded to me next day special delivery to ensure it arrived in time for the birthday.
