Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, though we are incredibly sorry to hear about your disappointment with this release.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to miss out on highly anticipated Pokémon items, but we would like to reassure you that this was not the work of scalpers. To ensure a fair release, we enforce a strict limit of 1 unit per order on these items, and everything is sold directly at standard MSRP.

The reality of this release is simply a matter of high demand versus limited supply. We only had 100 tins available, and with thousands of collectors visiting the site simultaneously, stock unfortunately sold out in under a minute.

While we completely validate your frustration at missing out, we kindly ask that public reviews are used to reflect the actual service, delivery, packaging, or customer support you received from our team. Unjust reviews like this can heavily impact and damage a business's reputation over factors that are entirely out of our control, such as manufacturer supply allocations.

We genuinely appreciate your passion for the hobby and hope we can provide a better outcome for you on the next release. Please contact me directly if you still want one of these tins as 2 orders were cancelled and the stock is available.

Delivery took 3 weeks

Delivery took 3 weeks, then when it was due to arrive they had forgotten to pay the shipping. This meant i had to pay the fee through royal mail and delay delivery by another 5 days.

Package was held by Royal Mail due to insufficient postage being paid by Stellarcards. I paid the excess postage fee to receive my ordered item. I then emailed Stellarcards to explain the situation hoping to be refunded the excess postage amount paid (on top of postage paid for item already) no response. Email was sent on 14/05/26. Not too good in my opinion. Customer service poor.

Update- 08/06/26- Review amended- Stellarcards have reviewed and issued a refund.

Flareon gift box

Have a strange feeling that the box I bought was a fake, it looks like it has been resealed the plastic wrap was all bubbled and not air tight and the cards were all bent, they also look fake almost like they have been replaced and the box has been tampered with. For £125 I really was not impressed with the quality of the flareon gift box and would not buy it from here again which is a shame because I was really wanting to find a good card shop.

I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with your Chinese gift Box. These are a 100% genuine product imported directly from a pokemon company in china. This is very odd as I packed your order myself and not see anything untoward with the seal and wrap. In fact yours went out with several others from the same sealed case, and no one else has reported any problems. Were you aware they were chinese products?
Also why didnt you contact us directly? you have made no effort to contact us and for £125 I would at least make contact the seller. before going out of your way to leave a public, very negative review before making contact with seller first its odd to me why you wouldn't contact us over a £125 product. Please forward images showing your concerns and we do our best to resolve the problem.

Amazing prices

Amazing prices, Amazing packaging. Thanks to Stellar cards incredible service i received a Destined Rivals Booster Box in MINT condition, not a scratch on it. And it was a really good price!

I Debated keeping it sealed but it got me in the end, ending up pulling some lovely cards with the highlight being the Garchomp SIR!

overpriced and poor customer service from Dean

My experience with Stellar Cards was really disappointing. The item I received arrived with a damaged box due to poor packaging, which completely ruined the condition and value as a collectible. When I reached out to customer service, I dealt with Dean, who was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the process. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, he relied on generic store policies that didn’t address the problem or the damage caused in transit.

As a collector, presentation and condition matter — and this experience has put me off ordering again. I’d strongly advise anyone purchasing high-value or collectible items to be cautious and consider how they handle customer issues before buying.

And there items are way over priced in my opinion for items to be damaged

Ok, this isn’t quite as described. the "damage” you mention and sent photos to us of was where the outer protective cover on the ETB had a crease in it where it over the Manuel behind under the very tight sealed wrapping applied by the Pokémon company. Not damaged. I offered both a replacement or a refund to which you only wanted a refund. Which was fine with us your problem was you didn't want to pay for the return postage. Our return policy is very clear on how returns are managed and unfortunately, we cannot to cater to sealed "collectors" as this item has to go through a postal network where anything can happen. However, in this case the product had reached in the condition it was sent and received in. Ultimately your problem was the price drop the market had seen since you brought your item and that was the reason for return, which is again not great but ok all, you had to do was get it back to us which you did and were refunded for.

Tough to catch restocks so you have to be on the ball. They recently sent an email to purchase stock which was password protected and hidden from bots which is great step towards getting stock to genuine collectors.
