Turned up 75 mins before sailing. Paid significant amount for premium and was placed in wrong queue twice. Meant was late to get on ferry and struggled to get decent seats with my family together in Plus lounge. Not enough attention to delivering on what has been paid for.

Comfortable seating. On the return journey the seating area,which was near the toilets, was quite cold and draught. Refreshments were good. Thankyou. Thankyou for acknowledging my comment about the draughty area where I sat. Goodbye know someone really reads these reviews. I'd travel with Stenna again.

The only reason I have given 3 stars is because I was very seasick which spoilt the experience, I would give the staff 5 stars as they were the happiest and most polite people I’ve met in awhile.

As a platinum member I enjoy everything about your Stena Superfast service. My only complaint, which I have raised with you previously, is the fact that platinum members are just lumped in with everyone who hasn't purchased premium tickets. Prior to "upgrading " to platinum membership, as a gold plus member we boarded after the premium passengers. You have explained your reasons to me but they make absolutely no sense in my opinion. Basically my upgrade to platinum has resulted in a less satisfactory experience. Frequently last off the boat. Decks 1 or 2 don't make me feel very platinum.

The check-in lady at the dock said as I didn’t have a wheelchair I couldn’t have a letter for the windscreen. I use a rollator onboard . So to just tell the men to put me near the lift . I was boarded in the middle lane near the the lift but no access to get through to the lift as cars were too tightly parked for me to get assess , I called one of the guys for help . Who pulled my rollator sideway through
the cars . And told me I should go to guest services when I got on board . And in future make it known I’m disabled . But I did on my booking . Once I got to my cabin . I summoned up the energy to go to guest services. Accessing the lift nearest to my cabin . Only to be told by another steward that deck 7 could not be got to from there . I would have to go to the front of the ship and get the other lift !!! Got to guests services . About 20 truckers turned up at the same time . But luckily a lovely young man steward came out and spoke to me as I sat on my wheely in the queue, he apologised for what had happened and offered me a free WiFi ticket . Which would not work but he tried . Offered me a complimentary porridge in the morning. In the lounge. And then assisted me to the nearer lift through the car deck . Back to my cabin . How can I prevent this happening again please . I travel regularly on this line .

Stena cancelled the Rosslare to Fishguard on Mon 13th April due to weather - there were no adverse weather / sea conditions , according to various meteorological services there were no problems and we travelled comfortably on Irish Ferries the same evening in 'slight' sea conditions. The cancellation was for business reasons nor weather related and so require co.pensarion which Srena refuses. Customer service was at best inconsistent and at worst obstructive as this leg of the journey was cancelled and refunded against my express wishes which added further comication to our travel plans as it meant a transfer to another Stena crossing was not possible without buying a more expensive ticket. Subsequent interaction with Stena customer service has met with platitudes ... so no i dont recommend Stena.

Dreadful experience three ferries cancelled- eventually got the Ben my Cree dreadfully disappointed small like a tug boat not suitable at all - delayed again even after eventually getting on the ferry - missed train connection- on the way back delayed again -

1. Ferry too small for route and no cabins or stabilisation
2. Ferry cancelled for three extra nights no help for any accommodation or extra expense incurred
3. Inaccurate information on website the ferry was to sail from Fshgaurd but Rosslare was cancelled so I only found out through social media no text or update from stena. No compensation offered for the day the ferry was removed from service again found out information through social media
Absolutely a disappointment and disaster
Was supposed to be home 11 April was not offered a sailing the 14th after I contacted them

The Ben My Chree was a poor choice to replacement for the Rosslare - Fishguard service, The seating was uncomfortable, the toilets were too small for the number of passengers (fortunately, both journeys were smooth) and the food was awful, unappetising to look at and tasteless, I was told. The return journey I was text, on time, when it wasn't. Bad communications. Stena knew it was late loading, which would make it late arriving and un-loading. Poor service all round. Shopping, was laughable.
