Brilliant communication, no jargon, all staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of confidence in them. I worked in another solicitor’s office for 27 years and I know the staff at Step Legal there are treated well and work very hard. They provide clients with the best outcome because they fight for you in your time of need. They are very knowledgeable and believe me some firms are not. No need to visit office if you live too far - it can be done in other ways in this day and age. Older people will not feel exacerbated (and younger ones too). A great place to aspire to be.

The handling of my case was quite slow and often I had to send the same documents multiple times. The people responsible for the case kept changing, and it was only when you personally took over the matter that things finally started to move forward.

After all the formalities were completed and I had already received the keys, it turned out that I still had to pay the Stamp Duty. At the beginning I was informed that I would still qualify for the exemption because my purchase process had started before the tax relief was withdrawn.

However, in the end the matter was completed and everything was finalized.
