My mother bought a very substandard cardigan from this site for about £40. It was too big and poor quality material. She was told it would cost £30 to return it to China. She then asked for a different size and they told her she could pay £10 to have another one sent. The whole thing felt dodgy.
Having heard the recent episode of Scam Secrets on BBC radio, I am concerned they may be harvesting and selling personal data.
Their website shows 4.6stars on TrustPilot but the actual link to the reviews doesn't work.

Do not buy from this company under any circumstances. I would give it zero stars if I could if I had the choice. I bought a denim pinafore dress for £37.99. I measured myself with a tape measure with my. husband verifying the measurements. The dress arrived and is too small. When I enquired, I was told I couldn't have a refund as the dress was on sale and incorrect sizings don't get refunds. This means I have spent a large amount of money on nothing. Absolutely disgusting.
