Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service from the Sterling Aberdeen flooring department. Over the course of a renovation project I have been back and forwards to view flooring options and the staff have always been incredibly helpful and not at all pushy for a sale. I was really impressed by Andrew who came out to measure and took time to explain the options available for our hallway and stairs, he was very friendly, patient and even explained to my 5 year old what he was doing. The communication has been excellent, and I have never been more impressed by an in store team than my experience with Kelly and Kirsty today. They went above and beyond to look after my kids while I was focusing on the paperwork, and they couldn't have been more polite, helpful and professional.

New mattress
We went to Sterling to look at sofas but ended up buying a new mattress at a good price on the penultimate day of the spring sale. Jonas was very helpful in our purchase, finding out what type of mattress we preferred before suggesting several different mattresses for us to try before we reached a final decision.

Excellent staff & service
I had been considering purchasing a new suite for a very long time, honestly believing that what I wanted didn’t actually exist. I had seen a suite in the Elgin branch & had taken family members into Bridge of Don to be able to get a second opinion. Upon speaking with Donald & Jason it was suggested we took swatches home to view them in my room. We returned to the store to check out my choice of combinations. Jason then took us to see a similar but alternative option while waiting for Donald to be free for his customer. Sitting with both I asked each to give me their honest opinion as to what their choice would be. Both choosing differently. I then explained my thinking about both products & the pros & cons before deciding to go ahead with the purchase of the second option which I hadn’t even previously considered. Both Donald & Jason deserve recognition for their patience & product knowledge. Thank you both very much for not being “pushy” salesmen & for allowing me to take my time. At no point did they make me feel I was wasting their time even after the store had officially closed!
