I am having an hugely positive experience as part of the Steve Doran Property Academy. What stands out most is the calibre of the coaches — their commitment, tenacity, and depth of knowledge is genuinely impressive. You can tell they are fully invested in helping members succeed.

The group Q&A coaching sessions are exceptional. They’re not just informative, but highly practical, sharing real-time insights and solutions to live academy member scenarios. It’s undoubtedly one of the most valuable parts of the programme.

Beyond the training itself, the sense of community is a huge benefit. You’re surrounded by knowledgeable, like-minded people, and there’s always someone willing to share ideas, experiences, and support. It creates an environment where you feel encouraged and able to grow.

What really sets this academy apart, though, is its integrity. The values behind the programme come through clearly in everyday interactions — it’s supportive, collaborative, and genuinely focused on helping people move forward. I have been a member of the Academy with Steve and Helen-Louise since June 2025 not long after the Academy began. I joined to expand my journey and portfolio in property investment and to learn more about the business of property. The knowledge from Steve and all the coaches is excellent and I truly feel they want me to succeed. There is a lot of training modules and self directed learning to do, but there is always support via weekly zoom calls and direct one to one coaching. There are opportunities for networking with other members of the Academy as well. If you are prepared to put the knowledge you learn into practice and work towards your goals then the Academy is a fantastic investment.

Been on the academy for almost a year with my son… the experience has been no less than amazing. My only regret was having made a purchase prior to the academy, that was far from the best and I would never have made this decision now, after having learnt so much. On all fronts from education to networking, I can’t fault SD. I have also recommended to friends and family. Not sure I have ever given such a great recommendation before, but seriously very well merited.

I expect this review to be removed due to the company claiming this not to be genuine or that I was not a legitimate attendee.... I can assure you I was. How else would I know the days' content. I attended a 99 pound two day event entitled wealth accelerator. As an experienced landlord at a crossroads I was attending out of interest and to firm up my decision regarding the future. Day 1 had a few useful nuggets although it was a long day and mostly surface info across many areas including R2R, serviced accommodation, HMOs, flipping, taxation and private finance, without in depth exploration. Day 2 was mainly trying to sell the academy course costing about 14k to attendees with success stories/ case studies. I am guessing this is where any in depth info is provided and network of legal, accountant, financers etc. As I didn't want to join the academy or do package deals I tuned out on Day 2. If you attend expecting to learn in depth knowledge it is not for you but if you attend it with the knowledge that there may be a hard sell for the academy you will be okay. The positive reviews are likely from people who signed up to the academy to whom I wish the best of luck.

Signed up for the 2 day seminar. I found it to be extremely informative. Steve & Helen and in fact all of the presenters were very easy going, helpful and full of valuable information. It is a very good course for anyone wanting to get an idea of what can be done with property and how to make money from doing it. Excellent value for money.

Incredible 2 Days, Steve, Helen and their team, share a huge amount of valuable information, R2R, HMO, BRR, Commercial, Private Finance, Analysing deals etc etc (make sure you have a note pad, and take photos or screen shot the slides- you don't want to be trying to remember it all) gleaned from years of property experience. I’ve attended many webinars both free and paid from different academies. I can honestly say these 2 days have been great value, very motivational and I’ve learnt SO much!
I feel a genuine warmth from Steve, Helen and the speakers/coaches and this webinar included information I’ve not had from other academies (and I think I’ve attended the majority!)

Outstanding teaching, on how to build your property portfolio

Very much enjoyed the training provided by Steve, Helen and the rest of the coaches. Lots of value over the 2 days. Have done a similar course elsewhere, however this delivered much more content useful to becoming a property developer. Also great snippets about VAT relief, and other tax savings. Highly recommended!

It is a two day training that gives value. Not just talking heads. You go through so many processes with Steve and his Team. There are jargon busting help for newbies and you get a good sense of what you can achive which is limitless. A very good, well structured course.
