Before I came to S-Thetics for a course of EMSculpt Neo this summer, I was feeling pretty low about the state of my body. I'm in my late 40s, I've had three children, I'm perimenopausal, prediabetic and had just been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. My body was on fire and, even though I was exercising regularly and (often half-heartedly) watching my diet, I was pretty despondent and alone as everything I did seemed futile. I needed help!

When I first walked into S-Thetics, I felt like I was wearing a fat suit; I was so uncomfortable in my own skin. Miss Balaratnam and her whole team immediately put me at ease and I soon felt very positive about what could be achieved with a combination of EMSculpt Neo for fat elimination and muscle building, the Emsella chair for pelvic floor strengthening (the Core To Floor option that so many women a certain age will recognise as essential!) and my own willpower and determination. I no longer felt alone – I had this highly skilled team and this amazing technology supporting me.

Following the course of four EMSculpt Neo treatments, I have lost 5.5cm from my waist measurement! The before and after photos that Miss Balaratnam took were done extremely carefully and clearly show the differences I feel myself in my abdomen (flatter), my posture (straighter) and my overall shape (more toned, slimmer).

I feel stronger, the workouts and the running I'm doing are easier and more effective because EMSculpt Neo has fired up more muscle than I could ever have managed by myself in the same period. Miss Balaratnam works closely with the brilliant personal trainer Michelle Coates who is helping me to build on the work done by EMSculpt Neo.

Although I had lost some weight prior to this course of treatment starting, I had plateaued and was unable to lose more. Since the treatments started, I'm finding it easier to lose more weight, easier to exercise, easier to resist food I'd otherwise have eaten (and regretted). I have more energy for myself and my family and, brilliantly, I no longer feel like I'm wearing a fat suit. Thank you, Miss Balaratnam and all the team – you've changed my life for the better.

I have recently had a Picosure Laser treatment which has worked extremely well. I have freckled fair skin with sun damage making my skin darker and dull. The Picosure took about half an hour and was surprisingly comfortable. After the treatment I was slightly pink but this soon subsided. Within days a lot of my freckles had disappeared and the age spots had definitely lightened. A month on and I’m seeing the benefits of the collagen boosting. My skin is brighter and clearer than it has been for years. I’m delighted with the results!

Yesterday I had a signature "Glow" facial with the lovely Cheryl at S-Thetics. I was blown away by the lift it produced on my skin, the 'glow', the hydration levels on my skin, and the smoothness of my skin.
From lymphatic drainage, to deep hydration, to glycolic treatment, exfoliation, oxygen, red and blue light therapy, finishing off with great post procedure creams and serums, there wasn't a lot Cheryl could have done more in the time I had booked. She packed so much in. And I even had time for a blissful nap!
Cheryl was so warm, calm and positive to be around and ran me through the process every step of the way which I found really informative and fascinating. She clearly loves her work and loves to see results.

I finished my course of 4 EmFace treatments 6 weeks ago and am delighted with the results. The skin on my forehead seems smoother and thicker, while there is a definite lift to my mid face area. My cheeks feel fuller and there is generally a reduction in lax skin on my whole face. I have tried other skin tightening treatments but in my opinion EmFace has delivered more impressive results. S-Thetics Clinic provides the most amazing service, making you feel comfortable throughout your time there and they always cater to your needs. The girls are so lovely and kind, and Sherina is amazing. I recently had Lip Filler done, and Sherina did not rush, she analysed my face taking everything into consideration to make sure my new lips would match my face (this included her suggesting a little bit of filler in my chin, which made my whole face come together perfectly). She has amazing attention to detail and I could never go anywhere else. All of the Facials are relaxing and the girls are so gentle. Highly Highly Recommend!!!

Went for my usual oxygen facial last week with Zebaniza (sorry if I've spelt your name wrong!). Love the s-thetics team....their knowledge about the treatments and products is phenomenal, these guys really take the time to do their homework so any you question you have is answered. Zebiniza was so thorough throughout the whole process and her technique was spot on. Looking forward to having my Skinpen with her next year.
