Been looking to get hydra facial for a while and someone recommended S-Thetics and I am so glad they did. The service here is really great, they are so knowledgable about all the treatments they offer and they are there to offer you any help/ recommendations for any concerns you have.

Would definitely recommend going here, even if you aren't sure what you need they will be able to provide you with all the information on what ever your concern is.

This is ultimately the best clinic in England. I have been going for over 5 years and I have even moved house further away and still come here. They put your needs first and do not just pump fillers in, they are a different class to other clinics and you will look a different class because of it. I have been visiting the S-Thetics Clinic in Beaconsfield since 2020. After a very thorough consultation, my journey started off with injectables (for my stubborn frown line!) and then progressed on to my skincare journey. I have been using the IS Clinical range (which is just incredible!) and I’ve just started (today!) my HydraFacial journey. I was astounded by the results after just one session & it totally blew me away! I’m so excited to see my progress & results. Miss Balaratnum is amazing! So warm, friendly, incredibly knowledgable, thorough & inspiring. What I love is that although fillers and injectables etc are all great & enhance our natural beauty, what Miss Balaratnum promotes first & foremost is to look after your skin - to invest in a really good skincare regime. Amazing! I suffered from painful acne most of my life and S-THETICS was my last hope. After 2 treatments my acne disappeared. I also had red skin due to an allergic reaction I had some years ago. I was absolutely over the moon with the results and overwhelmed by the visible reduction.
Every step was explained in detail and even when I fell ill between treatments (Covid), Sherina couldn’t do enough to get me back on track.

Having been loyal to a clinic in Harley Street for many years I decided to take the plunge and visit S-thetics. I have been very impressed by the care, professionalism and expertise of Miss Balaratnam and her team. Their aftercare is also superlative, which for me, is equally important as the initial treatment experience.

I had a series of EM Sculpt NEO treatments to firm up my tummy and make it look less prominent. And it worked wonderfully well, I was surprised at the result! My tummy looked firmer, flatter and even my waistline had some benefit. All this is especially rewarding as I am 75 years old. There was no pain, only a slightly strange feeling with the contractions and hammering. Dr Sherina and her team were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Dr S is a great leader to her team, constantly advising, teaching and updating them. I have had to move away from the area for personal reasons, but I shall travel back to S-Thetics for other treatments as I think they provide excellent service and results.

I’ve never gone down the road of aesthetics before. Certainly for things like facials. My wife bought me one for Father’s Day and I went along not really knowing how it would be. I recently took the plunge and booked a course of Emsculpt Neo treatments. I am over the moon with the results, which have exceeded all expectations! Dr Sherina Balaratnam is the ultimate professional who explains the procedure and science behind it, ensuring that you are fully comfortable with your treatment. She is now someone I trust implicitly with all of my skin and body needs and despite the clinic being a 4 hour round drive for me, I will most definitely be going back. The lovely ladies on the Reception team give the warmest, friendliest of welcomes and make you feel instantly at ease. Their customer service is truly next level. S-Thetics is a company who are genuinely invested in their clients and if I could give more stars on this review, I absolutely would - I cannot recommend them high enough!

From the moment you enter the clinic to the moment you leave you are so looked after by an amazing ladies at the reception. Couldn’t ask for more. They are so professional and fantastic!!! The treatment as well as the consultation were the best one I’ve ever had and done by Dr Sherina Balaratnam, who is just so wonderful, carrying, professional and knowledgeable. The reception staff, Cheryl and Miss Sherina are all very professional and this really is a customer focussed organisation from first contact through to completion. Everyone always goes the extra mile to ensure the client gets the very best experience. I have enjoyed good results from Endymed over the past year but recently purchased the smaller Celluma light therapy device and can honestly say that this has been one of the best investments I have ever made for my skin. My results from using everyday ( 30 minute cycle) on the basis of 2 days red light then one day blue light ( all face) then red light on neck area for the past 40 days have been amazing. My eye area in particular was previously very lined and hooded despite good serums & a few aesthetic interventions but now looks so much better. The Celluma has had infinitely more impact than any of my treatments as everything else has always seemed to have had a short lived transient impact in comparison. I strongly recommend purchasing this device as it’s been such a game changer & continues to build collagen that makes me look so much more rested and rejuvenated. Obvious results are unlikely to show until around 30 days but if you commit to using regularly your skin will be so thankful. Welldone S-thetics for keeping abreast of all the latest technologies and selling the Celluma device.

I was considering Emsculpt for a couple of years before went for it - and I wish I'd gone for it sooner! I used to have terrible back and hip trouble, so much so that I couldn't really exercise without issues. So I was nervous that Emsculpt might be uncomfortable. I was totally wrong. Initially the treatment did feel strange, as my glutes were so deconditioned, but by the 2nd/3rd treatment I was actually looking forward to it and it felt completely comfortable. The effect the glutes strengthening had far exceeded my expectations, this has been almost an essential treatment for me in helping me strengthen up and get rid of back pain. I didn't do it for asthetic reasons but was pleasantly surprised with how it looked. After 4 treatments there was visible lifting of the bottom. Now I am on maintenance and even after 6 months in lockdown without treatment my results kept getting better! Very impressive as I look and feel better and it has given me confidence to be able to start to exercise. Anyway, I was so pleased with it I am doing the Emsculpt on the abdomen now. If you are undecided on it, honestly just give it a go, I am glad I did. Thank you s-thetics, I felt totally reassured and in safe hands.
