I placed my order with plenty of time…

I placed my order with plenty of time for stickers to come before my event. The event I needed them for came and gone and arrival date keeps getting pushed out and no follow up from the company. Can't speak to the quality because I still haven't received my order

We’re sorry your custom sticker order did not arrive in time for your event, and we understand how disappointing that is.

Your Sticker Swan order was completed and shipped using the USPS shipping service selected at checkout. The package is currently in USPS possession and actively moving through their network. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery dates and transit delays are unfortunately outside of our direct control.

Our customer care team responded directly to your email with the latest tracking information, and we have also escalated the shipment with USPS for additional tracing.

We understand that delivery timing can be especially important when ordering custom stickers for an event. We’re sorry the USPS transit delay affected your experience, and we will continue monitoring your shipment through delivery.
