I ordered clear stickers. What I got were stickers that were semi-frosted on the adhesive side. I assume that it's the adhesive itself that is responsible for the "cloudiness." But frosted adhesive does not a "clear" sticker make. I complained through your chatbot, got a non-commital response. I replied and was never contacted again. Additionally, the white ink in my design is so weak, the color of my substrate shows through. After exploring the internet, I found other companies that deliver faster, have better product quality, larger size options and significantly lower prices. I have been a longtime customer, having spent hundreds of dollars over the years, but no more. The straw that broke the camel's back was being ignored when I registered a complaint - and the misleading label of the stickers being "clear."
UPDATE: A representative from Sticker You kindly reached out and apologized for my dismay, and added that the company is working on a solution to my problem. That's good. But I maintain that until they clarify what "clear" means on their website — and show true photos of what those hazy decals look like when applied to, say, metal — the problem will persist. But good on them for reaching out.

Always prompt service and the printing is fabulous, capable of much smaller fonts and patterns than what is strictly recommended. That's important when the labels are attaching to tiny electronic gadgets with very constrained space. Highly recommended!

I ordered a very expensive item but realized I no longer needed it. The next day, I requested to cancel the order—they responded almost instantly and processed a full refund promptly. A truly trustworthy company that values its customers!

I made an order of a die cut car magnet. I received a great product, thick magnet and bright colors, cut perfectly. I thought I ordered one, but I got three! The price was great even for 1 magnet!

I received shipping notification, supported by timely tracking information. I received my high quality decals with an application support sheet in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with this transaction, as well as all my previous transactions with StickerYou. Looking forward to placing more orders in the near future!

Although my first batch of product labels did not turn out very well. I decided to use Sticker You once more but this time with better quality images and they turned out Great!

If I could rate the company a 0, I would. I ordered custom stickers for my bridal party for individual gifts I made. I gave myself an extra week for delivery incase the stickers were late and they still did not arrive in time for my event. It’s very disappointing, especially becuase I received an email stating my order had shipped. But it wasn’t dropped off to the post office until 6 days after the shipping email was sent. Do not use this company if you’d like to receive anything on time. I also sent an email inquiring about the tracking, but never heard back.

Great products (high quality and accurate sizing), decent pricing and also a fairly simple website to navigate and upload art creations for printing. Overall I would use their website to order art print stickers and magnets again.

Do not use stickeryou. placed an order on 7/6 with an expected delivery date of 7/16. It was an order worth $150 and I had to pay $9.99 for shipping. It is 7/19 now and I still do not have any proper tracking information (DHL e-commerce says they have a delivery window till 7/23, which is beyond the date that I need the item for and never would have agreed to if I was told during ordering), and there is no status on whether the item is with dhl or USPS now. Inspite of the $9.99 delivery fee, they use the worst form of shipping and extremely poor customer service as well. There is no response to email, no phone number to call, only chat worked that to after multiple attempts.

The website is very easy to use. Ordering is easy as well, however I had an issue using a coupon code on my last order. I sent an email to StickerYou and Connie responded right away and took care of the issue with the coupon code. Great customer service and very professional.
