Purchased a console table and the splay bench after having my eye on them for a looong time. You’re kept up to date with where you’re items are at with a tracker and once they arrive they are extremely securely packaged. I was soo wowed with our items and will definitely purchase more further down the line because they are beautiful! To add to that, Muriel on the customer service team couldn’t help anymore, quick responses and treats a customer exactly how a customer should be treated when we had an issue to raise that was easily rectifiable. 10000% would recommend !

We have now bought two items from Still and Bloom, a coffee table and a shoe bench. (The shoe bench we will be using as a TV stand.)
Still and Bloom took the trouble to email me and ask for a photograph of the first item so that when we ordered the second item they could match it. We knew the furniture was made from reclaimed timber and would be rustic. This style suits our house and is casual and relaxed. It is very sturdy and if it receives a few knocks during its life it will not matter. I like that.

The last thing we wanted was to leave a bad review but considering how badly we were let down by this company- it would be a disservice not to warn potential buyers about the issues we had.

We first ordered a 80x46cm table in antique finish. Considering there were no photos of this size, we assumed the proportions would be exactly the same as the larger tables. We were incorrect about this as it turned up and was extremely boxy- we admit this was partially our mistake. However, the finish 'antique' was nowhere near what the photos show it as. It was extremely cold toned- so much so that when sunlight shone on it, it appeared blue? And it does not state it but the smaller tables have two wide boards on the lower shelf, not three thinner ones as depicted in all the photos.

We sent it back to them and conversed about the specifics of a new table, one to match what we thought we were initially getting. We agreed to a 120x54cm table, with three thinner boards on the lower shelf, and sent across photos of our ideal finish.

BEFORE PAYMENT- the terms of the repurchase (instead of just getting a refund) were; they agreed that they would choose warmer boards and attach the photos to our custom order to use the photos "as guidance", to get the desired finish. And we would be sent photos to ensure we were happy with the table before it got sent out.

Not only did we not get sent any photos before it got sent out- we asked for an update and got a response after the table had already been sent off that "our production manager has overseen the making of your new table including the finish and we are confident that you will be very pleased with it". This rightly so, made us extremely anxious that it would turn up with the same finish as the previous table- so we sent off a message stating our hesistation and frustration with the situation.

We were exactly correct! The table turned up with the same cold tone and blue light. Being a "custom" table, it was non returnable and non refundable so we have had to completely strip and refinish the table ourselves- now to the desired effect.

We had to pay about £430 for the return of the initial table and supposedly for this table to be exactly like the photos on their profile. So to have it turn up with the exact same problems with finish as the first time, leading to us having to spend ANOTHER £150 to refinish the table ourselves! Absolutely Absurd!

The message about our fear was sent off 15.5.25, currently now 25.5.25, we still have yet to receive any acknowledgement. It seems like they knew they hadn't met the agreed upon terms of the sale so "took our money and ran".

I was initially very pleased with this coffee table and placed it in our formal living room, which is rarely used, meaning the table has seen minimal use. Despite this, it has not held up well. The two outer panels on the top have started to warp upwards and have now split from end to end underneath. It seems likely that before long they’ll break off entirely.

Given the high price, the quality is extremely disappointing. The stain on the surface has also deteriorated, becoming patchy and uneven, more shabby than chic at this point. Overall, this has been a very underwhelming purchase with no real longevity. I've owned it for 2 years.

Customer service was fantastic when I queried about changing the colour of the table, and the quality and style of the table was amazing - just what I was looking for. I would 100% recommend Still and Bloom and will be purchasing other products in the future.

Information about the product I chose was clear from the start and I had realistic expectations on the look, and time it would take to receive. Ordering online was straightforward and I was kept up to date with production and dispatch information. It came fully assembled as promised which was a key point for me in choosing this furniture. It looks lovely in my home, and was exactly what I wanted. I chose the lime washed option. It is a sturdy well made piece and I think excellent value.

All furniture ordered arrived perfectly packed and on time. All items were competitively priced and made here in the UK by a family firm. They made a bespoke TV stand for us exactly to our dimensions requested and they couldn’t have been more helpful and we are over the moon with all the furniture and will definitely be recommending them. Fantastic product, takes a while but worth the wait

Beautiful furniture, ordered a small side table and loved it so much I ordered the coffee table. They even phoned me for photos of my original purchase so they could match the woods.

It always really worrying when you order an online product, are you really going to get what the pictures show?. Well in this case I was not disappointed. Absolutely over the moon with my coffee table and tv unit. Better than I expected and great that it is a local small business that thinks about the environment. I recently purchased furniture from this company for the first time. From start to finish the customer care as well as the quality of the furniture was second to non. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. I would most definitely recommend Still and Bloom.

Repeat buyer and I am always pleased with my products. My favourite is our dining table but love it all. Bed side tables and side tables for the lounge. Also it’s great that when we order additional pieces you ask for photos of existing products to try to match them.

I was influenced to buy from still and bloom after falling in love with my friends dining room table from there. I bought a GOREGOUS coffee table from there. I will be getting all my furniture from here from now on!! LOVE!!

We have purchased three of the splay side tables. Each one is lovely. They are well made and are delivered really well packaged.
We originally purchased two for the living room. When I ordered a third Still and Bloom contacted me for pictures of the original two so that they could match it. Now that is amazing attention to detail!

I have just received my second splay coffee table (slightly larger for my lounge) still and bloom. It is just amazing, such incredible quality.

Superb service all round … kept updated with order & delivery progress … received new coffee table today … we are beyond delighted with … it’s beautifully made … craftsmanship in its pure form … wouldn’t hesitate to re-order again and recommend…
