Bad costumer service and solutions

They have a poor customer service system, they never give you a solution, they just make you wait and then wait again.

They let you deposit money into their platform, but when it comes to withdrawals, they have a thousand filters to approve your account and see if you can withdraw YOUR OWN MONEY.

I deposited money because the guy who…

I deposited money because the guy who is introducing me to this platform had been pushing me. I was sceptical because first of all I don't know the company and there is no option for verification. After I deposited I traded once but because there are many things I don't understand in the platform like how to set the time. I asked but I am not getting any assistance. I want to withdraw my money with a loss of R15 but there is no option for withdrawal. How can I withdraw my money if I am not able to? Also in any other regulated broker you can withdraw your money anytime even immediately after depositing. Because it is your money anyway. I don't trust this company.

Comentário:

Estou extremamente desapontado com a Stockity. Após fazer um depósito de R$1.000 e operar normalmente, tive minha conta bloqueada sem aviso prévio, sob a alegação de violações que não cometi.

A corretora acusa-me de ter múltiplas contas, uso de bots ou fraudes, o que não procede. Não recebi provas concretas, apenas mensagens genéricas que indicam abuso do contrato para reter meu dinheiro.

Além disso, a Stockity se recusa a liberar meus fundos ou permitir qualquer forma de contato claro para resolver a situação.

Essa postura demonstra falta de transparência, desrespeito ao cliente e indica uma prática abusiva de bloqueio e retenção indevida de valores.

Não recomendo a Stockity para ninguém que queira operar com segurança e confiabilidade.
