Prompt pick up
Prompt pick up. We turned up at the store and was told we had to order online in order to pick up. We weren’t from the area but the team were very helpful and asked us to order online now and it will be processed right away. We were able to pick up within 15 mins which was great. Definitely will be ordering from yourselves again

Once again, I sincerely apologise for the delayed delivery via DPD. We do not experience many cases of delayed deliveries, however I can understand the frustration, especially when paying extra for a specified delivery date.
As discussed over the phone with you on the morning you reported the issue, we have issued a refund for the extra amount paid. The issue has been reported back to DPD and will be noted for any future orders.

As I explained over the phone your postage and packing charges at £9 for a small parcel to take a week to get to me are ridiculous.
As a company I would 100% choose to work with you and have many times for machines and would for my thread but can’t justify the delivery charges.

Hi Sally,
I'm sorry that you have experienced delays with the shipping of your parcel. We are having some troubles getting stock from suppliers and manufacturers due to global delays.
We are doing all we can to minimise the waiting time for items, including keep higher quantities in stock, however we are still experiencing a high volume of orders to which sometimes our stock does run out.
Regarding the shipping costs, we price our shipping at the same rates we pay to our courier, therefore we cannot bring these costs down, which we understand can be frustrating. We continuously look to find the most competitive shipping costs, and will update our rates as soon as we are in a position to do so.
