Ordered some parts from stocks they sent the wrong parts which i had sent a photo of what I wanted ,and they sent out totally wrong parts now they are paying me back £3 pounds out off £21 pounds very poor show I will definitely not be sending any customers to this dodgy company, plus I paid to return them the parts which cost me a further £. Pounds so total £29 pounds out of pocket good bye con artists poor show

I can't fault Stocks Sewing Machines. From browsing to ordering to delivery, everything has been an absolute breeze, and they have been a pleasure to deal with. I will absolutely be using Stocks again for any of my embroidering needs.

Communication was excellent throughout the purchase of my new machine and being able to purchase all accessories from the same place is also an added bonus.

I took my Brother PR680 in for an issue that had occurred , I had sent in a few videos of the issue,
I arranged to drop off the machine a few days later machine all sorted ,
I was charged for an hour and half labour to solve the issue, Turned I had the wrong bobbin in the machine ( school boy error )
My disappointment is that an hour and a half to sort this sounds very excessive at a cost of £160.00 , to me a professional company/engineer would of noticed this much sooner
So beware to avoid excessive costs and maybe shop about , as this was a ridiculous price , also when I got my machine home threads were tangled and out of the needles , I've had to re thread my machine
I will not to return to this company or recommend them to other people
