I would have given no stars for this company if I could have.
They are scammers trying to take half the deposit for reasons that didn’t exist! They are unscrupulous, liars and the worst company we have ever dealt with!
The house was dirty with mould on all the window frames and inside the fridge, I was shocked! the living room carpet had dog urine and fleas, there were also carpet beetles everywhere, we had to get an exterminator in and had to replace the carpets. The oven didn’t work for 9 months of the tenancy but when this was mentioned to the letting agency they said there’s nothing they could do about it, fobbed off like it was out problem, it was replaced for the last 3 months. The bathrooms were dirty with pubic hair and urine around the toilets, plus one was leaking at the base, fixed by us and the shower heads were both broken, both were replaced at a cost to us again! I have seen cleaner kennels than the state of this house. At the end of the tenancy we spent days cleaning and scrubbing everywhere so that the next tenants didn’t have to like we did. The house was left in such a good condition but these people are trying to take half the deposit!! I am beyond annoyed and absolutely disgusted! I wish there was an option to leave photo evidence but luckily we have lots of before and after pics, we have emails saved of us reporting issues and have saved all their responses too. I would never recommend anyone to use Stoneacre!

BEWARE OF FRAUD
They will tell you that your applications have succeeded with the landlord, all your references come back great, they'll take payment for a "holding fee" then suddenly you get declined by Rightmove. And there's a convenient rule which means they can keep it in its entirety, which isn't expressed to you at all throughout dealing with the scam agents for several weeks. If you pull out, the landlord pulls out, or the estate agent pulls out, they have to refund you, but by some sheer coincidence Rightmove have the authority to decline your application and they get to keep every penny without any explanation.
BEWARE OF THE SCAM. These are the real reviews, the ones on google, which they can pay/request removal only show the positive ones.

Disappointed with how my deposit was handled. Unclear and poorly justified deductions were made, charged for damages there were already present before moving into the property. Trying to rip off money in every possible way from your deposit

I have been selling my property using the Stoneacre property team led by Dov Mann. They provided me with a valuation that I could trust was in line with the market and within a few weeks secured a good number of viewings with good feedback and an offer at the asking price despite the property market in Leeds being so quiet. I’m very happy with their performance and also to recommend Dov Mann’s property sales team service in the Leeds property market

I have recently closed down a 9-month property management contract with Stoneacre and have to say even for letting/estate agents these guys fall short.

There have been countless instances where key pieces of information have not been communicated to me, resulting in cost to me or inconvenience for my tenant. The most egregious of all was not passing on to me that my tenant had provided written notice to end their contract leaving me with an empty property at short notice (breaching our contract).

One of their agents also broke the front door lock by forcing the key and they had the audacity to charge it to me and not put it on their public liability insurance.

I wholeheartedly do not recommend using Stoneacre, but if they come back to me with some reasonable compensation for the hundreds of pounds worth of costs they incurred to me I will reconsider this review.

Don’t trust this agency . Not at all recommended .Please don’t go with this . They didn’t pay back my holding deposit.

Please kindly avoid this agency at all cost.
They would be very responsive while renting the property.
But in an event there is a break clause they would stop responding to emails
