When I complained to the owner Jason about the work his company was producing, he outright refused to rectify the situation unless I first removed my negative review. This is not just unprofessional; it’s downright unethical. It seems Stone Finish would rather bully its clients into silence, rather than actually earn a better review through quality service. This tactic is not only a clear indication of the owner Jason's lack of integrity but is also a blatant disregard for the satisfaction of his own paying customers! This is incredibly frustrating for anyone who simply wants to see their investment honored. I strongly urge others to steer clear of this company, their amateur approach to projects and their absence of vital customer service efforts. Paying customers like my sweet landlady deserve contractors who value your feedback and stand behind their work,.. not one who tries to silence criticism with threats.
