While we do aim to replace components that are likely to fail, there are rare occasions where a CMOS battery might still appear functional during our testing process but then fail shortly after. Thank you very much for your feedback and for choosing us for your recent laptop purchase.

We’ve thoroughly reviewed our records regarding your order and communication, and we’d like to clarify that we responded to your VAT invoice request within one minute of receiving it. Since then, we’ve sent the invoice to you via email on three separate occasions.

It appears there may be an issue with your email inbox, as we haven’t experienced similar delivery issues with other customers. Please check your spam or junk folder just in case the emails were filtered incorrectly.

To ensure you have everything you need, we’ve just re-sent the VAT invoice again. Additionally, we made several attempts to contact you by phone to help resolve this, but unfortunately, we were unable to get through or clearly hear you on most of the calls.

We're glad to see the matter is now resolved. If there's anything further we can do to support you or improve your experience, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
