The staff seem really helpful but the product I purchased was not as described. Lots of a batch of Stone Setts that purchased are speced as 40-60mm thick but when you look at them a lot are Bearley 30mm. Sale staff has no response other than 'they are split on the natural line'. The product should be described as such, and will not match other products they join onto.

Waste of time don’t do what they say don’t reply , they’re not interested.

We had some brand new Kandla Grey sandstone slabs fitted in the garden recently and I made the mistake of cleaning some of them with render acid remover to remove some cement dust. This led to unsightly yellow rust marks which I couldn’t remove. I googled a solution and saw the Rust Remover product so ordered a bottle. I used it as per the instructions and am delighted to say that it has removed the rust and I now have my grey slabs back. Although it came to £40.00 which includes postage etc it is definitely worth it as the alternative is replacing and fitting new slabs which would be hassle and more expensive. Thank you for inventing this product, my wife has now forgiven me!

Went in a couple of weeks ago to look into flooring for downstairs and was unsure of what exactly I was looking for. I was greeted by Anja and she took me around the showroom and I must say, she was really clued up on all things interior design! Stoneworld is fairly local to us, so we were able to visit in person. Sam was happy to show us the different types of gravel, promptly following up with a quote via email. Having decided to order, we were able to choose a delivery date, which was confirmed by text the day before. Callum the driver was with us by 9.30am and couldn't have been more helpful, carefully positioning the bulk bags exactly where we needed them. You can tell it's a family business by the personal service. Top marks.

It has taken me a long time to finally decide on a stone for my new terrace, after a lot of research and copious trips to various suppliers. Without question Stoneworld was absolutely the right choice. I could not be more delighted with the Raj Green Tumbled Sandstone they provided and paying that bit extra was 100% worth it! It is a far superior product to others out there, namely the thickness and the very subtle colour variation in the stone. The overall effect is absolutely stunning - even my builder said he has never seen Raj Green of this quality! In addition, I ordered the stone on a Thursday and it was delivered promptly the following Monday by their lovely driver who was so accommodating with regards to where we wanted the stone left. Thank you Rob and his team from an extremely happy customer.

Support staff good but product 'Rob Parkers Bets patio Cleaner' the black sport were not removed after two applications..

I visited Stoneworld and was met by very helpful and knowledgeable staff who helped me choose my patio stones, they had a wide range of products and better prices than buying from other companies on site. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful, couldn't have wished for a better service and would have no hesitation in recommending Stoneworld (Oxfordshire).

Prompt and efficient service. Item arrived ahead of time. Only disappointment is product purchased hasn’t done the job. Despite research. Maybe I bought the wrong thing; or the right thing doesn't do what it’s described as doing. Hey ho.

I just needed a few stones cutting but everyone at Stoneworld were really helpful and attentive. The work quality was superb and the price competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using again

I bought a litre of conclear cement remover as I had cement stains on my Indian sandstone patio after I tried to repoint the joints. It worked perfectly, sprayed it on, left it, jet sprayed to clean when done, cement stains gone, just like that. The girl I spoke to on the phone said you can see it fizzing when you spray it on as it starts the reaction, which I doubted, but it did. Brilliant stuff.
One star knocked off not for the product but for the postage. Charged £30 delivery to Scotland, and even then the postage company lost it and I had to phone to find out where it was, so didn't get it until two weeks after I bought it.

Super quick delivery and product did what it was supposed to do! Had some large cement marks left on my slate outdoor step risers from installation so had been there quite a while. Used the remover - make sure the slate is wet thoroughly - and it took it all away without leaving any residue marks! Had to hold on with a sponge on some of the thicker bits but risers now look lovely! Really pleased with product! Highly recommend!

Hi, we are a swimming pool company that normally uses your rivals, however on this occasion they didnt have supply and we decided to give you a try...
I am so glad we did, the copings are stunning, and my client loves the copings!!
One small problem, one of the corners was chipped and because we didnt open the crate for two weeks, we couldnt get a replacement corner, apart from that an extremely happy customer.

nice friendly staff, knowledgeable and efficient, good selection of stone on hand, and it looks like anything is possible. Very good prices, would highly recommend them.

Stoneworld have been great. Have a great selection and completely met our expectations. We used their Purbeck stone to restore and old outbuilding and it looks incredible! We will be using Stoneworld again for future projects.
