Haven’t actually started using the facility yet but the process of our inquiry as to the availability of a unit and the terms and conditions involved in renting the unit was very professionally handled and explained by Kelli, a refreshing change in today’s world.The downside was attempting to navigate the bullshit online application system….it was never going to work, particularly when rejecting every photo we took.
However, all was satisfactorily worked out in the office with Kelli for a positive outcome all round.
Very happy with the condition and presentation of the unit.
