Value for money is good, overall ok
Transition into this facility coming from another wasn't ideal. The van was unavailable when needed, and long pin codes for the gate and lift can be frustrating when you're doing a stressful move. Some staff are great, others could be more professional.
Overall, once in.. value for money is fine.

We are very happy having chosen Storage…
We are very happy having chosen Storage King with all our belongings. We are in transit and had our removal company upload from our home direct to the warehouse. We dealt with Cathy on reception and she was great. Every phone call, email, texts to and from have always been promptly replied to. She could not have been more helpful.

Friendly service. Great customer care. A good ambient temperature of the storage facility and the ceilings are not closed in allowing for good airflow and the security is top class.

Secure storage
Storage with ease on the first level. The lifts, trolleys and parking were always available. Very secure facility with PIN protection. I only needed one month and managed to obtain a 50% discount. Thanks
