Very friendly professional service
I found the staff at the Woolloongabba office to be really friendly and helpful. I can't think of the lady's name, but she was lovely. everything was a smooth process and set up. Love that you offer the Van free of charge also for removals, it was very helpful for us

Confidence in the storage process
The whole process of booking and filling our storage space was handled in a professional and personal way. We even needed a further space which was allocated to us without any trouble.
Moving is exhausting and not having to stress about the safety and storage of our possessions was a relief to us.

Amazing service and clean facilities
Very friendly, efficient and professional service. The person we dealt with in the front office was so helpful and obliging. A big plus was being able to use the van to move some of our bigger items. The facility is also very clean and the trolleys provided are a big help. All in all, it has been a very good experience for us.

The staff are excellent and the storage adequate.
I would recommend that you check it out first as it is a smaller site, and has only 1 lift to the upper levels.
Ground floor unit access was easy. Truck access from side street was fine. Only one section of parking is undercover, and there is limited parking space when busy.
The office is well stocked with a variety of box sizes and packaging. Overall a good experience.
