The facility on Mid Pine Dr in Fayetteville, NC is the absolute worst. James the Manager is rude and very unprofessional. He acts like he owns this facility. He is costing this company thousands of dollars. Stay far away from this company, as long as James works there!!

Weird for me to say this
Weird for me to say this, but the customer service at this location is hands-down outstanding. I selected the unit because of a groupon code literally just looking for the best deal. Lori, the manager, was super personable and super, super friendly. The pricing is very competitive with other units. I stored household goods here for almost two and a half years. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of storage units.

Storage King USA is greedy and raised our rent again!
Storage King USA bought the storage facility that we were already renting from and promptly raised our rent, required we purchase locks from them and added mandatory insurance which increased our payments over $25 per month. What could we do? We had 2 10X20 units so this increased our bill by more than $50 per month! So we did everything we could to downsize to one unit and now they raised our rent again! No notice and no reason. More than $10.00 more a month! I wouldn't recommend them nor would I ever rent with this company again. Just being greedy.

Please note that notices are sent out in advance of any rent increases to give our tenants time to make any needed adjustments. If you did not receive this notice, please check with our rental office to confirm we have the correct contact information on file. Storage King USA requires tenants to insure the property they store with us. They have the option to participate in the SBOA Tenant Insurance program or bring in proof of insurance from another provider (i.e. homeowner’s insurance or renter’s insurance that covers your belongings in storage). If you are insured with another provider, please take your proof of insurance to our office and they will get this corrected as well.
I highly recommend
This a professionally run, clean, and well maintained business that I would highly recommend to others in need of a storage facility.
