ordered Adidas Samba AS Roma shoes from the official AS Roma Store.

I paid for the shoes. Later, UPS also demanded import charges, which I paid as well. Despite this, I still have not received my package.

The delivery process was chaotic and unacceptable. UPS tracking was unclear and contradictory. The package was supposed to be delivered or made available at a UPS Access Point, but when I went there personally, the package was not there.

Even worse, AS Roma Store sent me an automatic email saying that my order had been delivered. This was false. I did not receive the package, I did not sign for anything, and the package was not available at the pickup point.

I contacted AS Roma Store several times and explained the situation. I asked them to intervene with UPS, because I bought the product from AS Roma Store, not from UPS. As the seller, AS Roma Store should make sure that the customer receives the goods or receives real support when delivery fails.

Instead, I received no serious help and no concrete solution.

I am Roman and I have been an AS Roma fan for 40 years. That is exactly why this experience is so disappointing. I bought these shoes with pride and joy, but now I feel completely abandoned as a customer and as a fan.

In my opinion, this is unacceptable for an official club store. Taking payment, failing to ensure delivery, sending an incorrect “delivered” notification, and then not providing serious support is a terrible way to treat loyal fans.

After this experience, I will not buy anything from AS Roma Store again. I also do not want to wear AS Roma merchandise if this is how the club treats its supporters and customers.

I paid for the product. I paid the import charges. I still do not have my package.

I cannot recommend AS Roma Store.

Vergognosi! Ti fanno pagare la spedizione, dicendo spedizione express, è passata una settimana e non hanno ancor spedito il prodotto.

la AS roma consegne è uno schifo assoluto. Non comprate nulla e denunciate, due volte ho comprato, il primo dopo un mese sono dovuto andare io al magazzino e me lo hanno perso o rubato, il secondo sto ancora aspettando notizie da un mese

Bruttissima esperienza e pessima organizzazione. Oggi 7 giugno per la partita a Trigoria under 17 della Roma avevo fatto una richiesta di posto per vedere il match. Non mi è arrivato il QR code, mi sono fatto 3 ore di mezzo di trasporto, sono arrivato all'entrata e non mi hanno fatto entrare. Pessima gestione, siamo nel 2026 ma come tecnologia siete pessimi. Brutta esperienza e brutta organizzazione. Mai più!

Pessimo pessimo servizio. Ti fanno pagare la spedizione express quasi 7€, dicono che riceverai il tuo ordine in 2-3 giorni lavorativi, è passata una settimana ancora nulla. Vergognosi. Ho scritto due messaggi perché non c'è nessun numero verde da poter chiamare, e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Assistenza inesistente. Sicuramente non acquisterò mai più on line, lo sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia pensato di farlo.

Absolutely terrible. My shipment never arrived. Roma Online store not answering messages. THIEVES!!!
I have done 2 purchases within the last month.
On the first purchase the item was wrong as the website didn't function correctly.
The second purchase is stuck in shipment due to error in value declaration for import tax (ordered to Thailand). Neither the Roma customer service nor UPS who handles international shipping can solve this.
Safe to say i will never purchase Roma merchandize online again
UPDATE 28 May 2026: Shipment is stuck in customs. Roma Webshop is not replying to communications from courier. I have now done a fraud dispute with my bank to reverse the charges

Pessima esperienza. Se fai un acquisto online non puoi cambiare la merce in nessun negozio fisico della catena. Ti fanno pagare 5,66 per la spedizione e se vuoi fare il reso è a tue spese. Ovviamente a me è costato 10 euro di pacco. Il rimborso avviene sempre se il tuo pacco arriva ma ovviamente dal totale ti viene scalato il costo della spedizione da loro effettuata. 15,66 euro buttati. Non ha senso e non e conveniente acquistare online presso il sito ufficiale.

Comprate solo in negozio, non acquistate assolutamente online soprattutto se non conoscete la taglia precisa!
Non c'è la possibilità di fare il cambio e il reso è a carico del cliente.
Questi aspetti vanno modificati, così non va per niente bene!

Pessima esperienza, hanno regalato a mio figlio una maglietta ma dovevo cambiarla, purtroppo non avevo lo scontrino ma la maglietta era etichettata e nella busta dello store della Roma. Non pretendevo mi venisse cambiata non avendo lo scontrino ma addirittura essere aggredito da tre commessi con “nun te le cambieranno mai…” alla mia più che lecita ed educata richiesta mi sembra eccessivo. Non comprerò più nulla

Sito non chiaro e assolutamente difficile da navigare per trovare le informazioni che necessitano: più di 5 minuti per trovare la mail assistenza clienti di cui avrei avuto bisogno per segnalare che non avendo potuto neanche dichiarare se la merca ordinata online fosse un regalo o meno (nel momento del checkout) , mi ritrovo adesso con un articolo (di cui chiaramente ho dovuto anche togliere il prezzo da sola) da incartare come se l’avessi comprato in qualsiasi altro posto tranne che sul vostro store ufficiale. Che dire: mi aspettavo almeno una busta ufficiale dello store nel pacco anche solo da pinzare e fare sicuramente più bella figura nell’atto di regalare la maglia ordinata. E comunque la mail dedicata all’assistenza clienti non esiste ma c’è una sezione assistenza clienti che ha dei form specifici per diverse problematiche già da loro individuate e denominate e quindi devi attaccarti a quelle anche solo per fare una segnalazione come la mia. Non comprerò più su questo sito.

Ho acquistato il 4 settembre 2 polo e un pantaloncino e dopo quasi un mese as roma ha smesso di rispondere ai messaggi, tanto rispondevano dicendo che verificano e poi non facevano nulla.

I placed an order online for the very first time. I received a goalkeeper jersey that apparently was extra large, but the tags did not match the tags inside of the shirt. I sent them various emails on a solution and I’m getting help. They did not bother to read it. All they did was complain and say it was my fault that I ordered the wrong size even though I could tell that thing was not authentic since I buy a lot of Adidas jerseys and they always fit. I’m also disappointed that they offered me 4 euros coupon to buy from their store which is less to nothing. I offered to return it back but they want me to pay customs and the prepaid label just to receive the items which is ridiculous. I spent over $500 400 on the items and the shipping and another hundred something on customs so basically me returning it is a big loss do not buy online from them. They are not professional rude and very dismissive. They don’t care. I’m so disappointed as aroma fan. They need to get this store and their associates better training on how to deal with customers there is zero customer service here.

è la seconda volta che acquisto i biglietti on line e non arriva l'email con i biglietti da scaricare, ore per parlare con il servizio clienti, inviano email si vede impostata che ti spiega come scaricarli dall'email. ma se l'email non è proprio arrivata neanche nello spam, cosa faccio?

Dovevo fare un reso perchè la polo è troppo trasparente per i miei gusti e beh, scopro che i simpaticissimi hanno una clausola che il reso te lo devi pagare da te. Non comprerò più nulla da loro, anche se tifo Roma. Userò piattaforme di shopping più attente al cliente.

Ordret at shirt, White badges, the badge was loose, and almost felt of, first time my son used the shirt.
I contacted the shop, an it was too late for them to help me, i was tre month an to days after i ordert, the shirt. And they have tre month of garanti, after deliwery….. but I live in Danmark. And deliwery, take time. So it was not tre month after deliwery.
But I gave up, because they would have found another reason, not to help…. It is the second time i order a shirt, there is not ok. How is i posible!!!
How Can an official shop, Care so litle about there costumers, and fans of AS Roma.

I did order a jacket witch was of really bad quality and as well too big and the colors from the foto did not match at all. I asked to sent t back but they dont want it back and they want to give me 10% of the price back and I could give it to someone else. But I dont want the jacket at all, because its really horrible. So please dont order with them, they are not reliable. So from 40 € they want to give me back 10% less then 4€!!!!!! thats incredible!!!!
in Italian language: In questo caso possiamo accreditare il 10% !!!!!!! del valore totale dell'ordine sul vostro metodo di pagamento. Così potrete, ad esempio, regalare l'articolo ad amici o parenti. E io non voglio regalare questa qualità cosi male....

Sito on line scarno con poche informazioni sui prodotti e le taglie. Non disponibili cambio taglia online o reso in negozio. Reso a carico dell'acquirente con procedura infinita e poco chiara. Mai più acquisti online

Data di ordine il 21gennaio.
Il 29 di gennaio mi arriva una mail dove ce scritto che il pacco torna indietro. C'era qualche problema doganale con l'eau de toilette...
Il pacco poi è rimasto bloccato a Roma in qualche deposito fino il 20 di febbraio (dopo che ho scritto una mail il 14 di febbraio chiedendo quando prosegue...).
Il pacco poi è stato rimandato il 10 di marzo per arrivare una settimana dopo. E ho dovuto ripagare la tassa doganale, anche se ho scritto una mail per indicare la tassa già pagata da parte mia, la risposta era che le spese sono state pagate da parte loro....
Poi non ho ricevuto piu risposta, ne rimborso dell profumo...
