Have sent out 3 or 4 emails nothing has gotten done. Very sad and very extremely poor customer service.

I’m hoping I can return at a later date and give a more positive review. I ordered my boost pro 3 about 8 days ago. It still has not been delivered or is even on route.
I contacted customer support via email and chat. Took almost 24 hours for response and the email didn’t make much sense. It’s march and they are talking about a holiday they just returned from,..? Also these reviews are pretty much the same complaints I’m having with the geek vape store. Customer service is a joke, long wait times on packages, and not clear language regarding the products and their availability.
Im really hoping that everyone is wrong and that I DO RECEIVE MY VAPE I ORDERED IN A TIMELY MANNER. Customer service really does need to improve on the geek vape website.
Got my fingers crossed but I’m not holding my breath.

My experience with Geekvape was largely positive, with the exception of their response time to customer inquiries. It took approximately a week and a half for them to respond; however, once contact was established, they effectively resolved my issue. Consequently, I have assigned a four-star rating.

I have been a loyal Geekvape customer since 2014, which makes this experience incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable.
I ordered the Rainbow Aura Legend 5, and the device arrived dead on arrival (DOA). While defects happen, what followed is where this completely fell apart. I submitted a warranty claim on 12/31/2025 and did not receive a replacement until 02/10/2026 — more than a month later with no sense of urgency or meaningful communication.
To make matters worse, the replacement I finally received was not what I originally purchased. It was the wrong color, despite my warranty claim clearly reflecting the original item. When I reached out to customer support to correct this, I was told that they are “on holiday” until the end of February and that the incorrect color sent is simply what I have to deal with.
That response is unacceptable. Being told to just accept an incorrect replacement after waiting over a month — especially as a customer of over 10 years — shows a complete lack of respect for customer loyalty and basic service standards.
This entire process felt dismissive, slow, and careless. Long warranty delays, poor communication, and ultimately being told I have no options is not how a reputable company should treat its customers. After supporting Geekvape for over a decade, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
I would not recommend the Geekvape store based on this experience.

1st off I am having much better luck with the products I bought from geek ape than the same products I bought in smoke shop the in store ones broke and battery life went really quick. So far everything is holding up that I ordered online. Even the pods seem to hold up better. I was buying a 3pk weekly from the store because the pods were messing up so quick. They wouldn’t draw/puff or the just stayed red as if no connection. I’ve only opened 1 package and haven’t needed to switch a pod yet from what I ordered online. I don’t understand why there’s such a difference but there is. Knock on wood for everything I hope I don’t jinx myself

Je viens de lire l'avis de Manu sur la marque geekvape et je suis tellement d'accord avec lui.
Les compétences de geekvape ne sont pas a la hauteur de leurs réputations.
Je m'attendais a beaucoup mieux.
J'ai acheté l'aegis solo 3 il y a 2 mois en boutique (PS... très cher) aujourd'hui elle est cassée, pas d'écran, pas de chute aucune possibilité de fumer. Elle est juste éteinte pourtant la batterie est chargée.
Youpi jai un écran seulement quand elle est en charge, branchée mais les modes ne fonctionnent plus et si par chance j'y arrive un peu... impossible de déverrouiller.
Bref elle ne fonctionne plus seulement 2 mois après son achat.
Tout le monde dit que geekvape c'est une bonne marque je viens de passer 2 mois avec eux ma e cigarette ne marche déjà plus.
Catastrophe, désillusion, argent perdue.
Plus jamais geekvape.
J'ai passé 5 ans avec eleaf pico 25 le top top, malheureusement très difficile à trouver peut être qu'ils arrêtent ce modèle.
Bref geekvape déçue.

I bought an Aegis Legend 5 that quit working in under 90 days. I contacted Geekvape who had me send them my defective device in exchange for a replacement under warranty. I eventually get a notification from USPS that the replacement Geekvape sent was found to bear counterfeit postage and the package had been seized as a result. Google “counterfeit postage Geekvape” and you’ll see I’m not the only one this has happened to. I’m going to have to file a chargeback with my credit card company as they haven’t been able to offer me a solution in a timely manner. This is the definition of a scam company.

The package of coils arrived in perfect condition. The coils are exactly as anticipated. The shipping provider contacted me prior to delivery to ensure they left the package exactly where I wanted. They arrived safely and were left where I requested.
