This company has significant room for improvement.

Based on both my personal experience and online reviews, it seems they lack a commitment to their customers.

The staff members are not only unhelpful but actively ignore and dismiss customers, which is unacceptable. It's disappointing to feel disregarded when simply asking for assistance.

I couldn't help but wonder if the management's hiring and training practices contribute to this problem, as the customer experience reflects a lack of care and professionalism. It’s disheartening to see a business seemingly focused more on profit than on fostering positive customer relationships.

Had my query been addressed properly, I would have spent an additional £100 with this company. Instead, I was left feeling undervalued and opted to place my order with a competitor instead. This experience highlights just how critical good customer service is.

Received wrong order, contacted them by email not expecting very much after reading some reviews

Make sure you check the dates on cheesecakes, cookies and other items from the counter before you pay. 3 cheesecakes bought at 9pm on Friday night - 1 out of date the day before, 1 out of date same day 1 out of date next day. They were went to be a treat for Saturday. This is the second time we have bought from here and realised when we got home that the items were out of date (2 cookies the last time). Called to complaint was told we don’t need to tell you it something is going out of date that day, even though it was 9pm. If we wanted to drive back over they could swap the out of date one. Once is bad but twice and a total of four separate items bearing out of date is unacceptable especially when you’re paying £4/£5 each.

I bought 3 boxes of wine through amazon. 1 was off. I messaged the company through amazon and directly enclosing photographs of the brown and frothy wine. I think it was old stock. Company didn't respond

We bought red velvet cake from the Race track late Thursday night when we got home it was clearly way out of date one bite and my girlfriend spat the cake back out I tried it thinking she was over reacting , she was correct .
The first chance to take it back was today Saturday 1st.
The manager Mathew questioned my story about the cake as if I was lying to him he even said to me "How do we know you didn't just return it as you didn't like it ".
I'm laughing now but the lad needs some training in customer service .
He then says he needs to phone head office ,he comes back after speaking to Vic we have another conversation in which he says "il swap it if you give me a good review ".
That made my blood boil ,over a cake worth £3.50 .
Terrible service no care about the customer but yeah give them a good review for selling stale cake don't make me laugh .I told him to keep the cake and I won't be back east choice .
Cosco cake cut up into pieces to make good profit no problem with that but date it clearly so it's edible to eat .
1 star is polite unlike the Manager at the Bearsden branch ,I hope you are happy with the review Mathew since you asked so nicely .

Never (ever) order with this company. They drop ship (3rd party resellers), hold no stock & cannot fulfil orders. Customer service is non existent & refunds… no chance! Total con. I bulk ordered for a massive Christmas Market (food vendor). Order never arrived. Chased
& chased (by email as no phone lines). Eventually said they couldn’t fulfil. Refund still not through (if ever) so all of my working capital is tied up. They have very nearly out me out of business. Ignore any positive review, as mine is the (100%) truth. Avoid at all costs. Do not buy.

Disgusting customer service - I have bought a specific wine from this company a few times now. If I buy 18 bottles, it is free delivery, so that is what I bought. On one order I received part of the order only. I had to phone them up to query where rest of it was - response was they had run out of stock and would refund me. Had to wait 10 days for refund to hit my account. My most recent order contained 6 bottles where the wine had gone off. When I contacted them they said I should take the matter up with the brand direct! I said my contract was with them, not the brand direct. Ultimately I opened a case through Paypal but this was refused as "the wine had been tampered with whilst in my possession"! Why on earth would I tamper with wine I had bought to drink???? The other 12 bottles of the order were fine. I now know there is whole batch of this wine that is bad - having spoken to another supplier. That supplier has also received complaints about the same batch the 6 bottles I complained about were from and that supplier has organised for the wine to be collected and the buyer refunded - clearly a much better, more customer focused, company than RaceTrack. I have never received such appalling customer service in my life - dreadful company.

Definitely the worst company I have ever TRIED to deal with. Placed order on 25 July 22 received acknowledgemant of order by return and then information with shipment date would be 5th August. Then nothing. All Emails are returned as undelivered.
AVIOD AT ALL COST.

Absolute rubbish company: Slow to deliver,have had wrong items and courier lost items. Thats enough now, their customer service is non existant just blame people not in their department. They really deserve to FAIL

Accepted payment for drinks then that's the last I heared no communication about delivery or delays etc they don't even reply to messages sent good job I used PayPal at least I will get my money refunded

I placed an order with this company, and paid via paypal. Despite the order being placed and accepted, and the goods paid for, I never received any communication, no delivery date, and above all, no goods. AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS. Thankfully I paid by paypal, so got a full refund.

Dont bother applying for a job there its a whole waste of time...they totally effed about
Done 2 trials in 2 different sites and was called again for a 3rd trial in another site as apparently i done great (if i done great then why didnt i get the jobs in Rutherglen/Paisley Rd West)
I think they are one of those who trial people constant for free staff for a day so that they dnt have to pay wages😂😂
Ps.if u constantly see job advert on those 2 Racetrack sites which i still do dont waste your paper as they'll waste your time
