The company seemed fine and on the…delivery end really sucked.
The company seemed fine and on the ball. It was the delivery driver that I have a huge problem with. Not only did he put it in the wrong place but he was extremely rude and disrespectful to my staff. I am not impressed with him. I wish I was there when he delivered the C can.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We take your feedback seriously and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delivery of your container and the behaviour of our driver.
Perhaps it would have been a good idea for you to be present at the delivery site indeed to witness the insufficient clearance, the garbage bin and the old vehicle that were obstructing the access for the truck and trailer.
We have taken decisive action to address and rectify any instances of rude behaviour exhibited by our drivers. That said, it is important to notice that our driver went above and beyond to drop off the container where any other trucking company would have declined to do so.
