From initial inquiry to delivery...
From initial inquiry to delivery, this was an easy transaction. The sales rep was in constant contact to ensure a smooth delivery, accounting department lived up to the flexibilty as described on their website, and the delivery driver was able to manoeuver his rig to place the seacan within inches of the timbers in place to receive it exactly where requested. This may sound routine, but I live in unorganized territory (no municipal services/infrastructure beyond the transcanada highway--essentially, 'in the bush'.
Timely, efficient, thorough, reasonable cost...how could it get any better?

Very quick response to my Facebook message (found this company on marketplace). After the initial response, in which they gave me details and requested my email address, they were also very quick to respond and give me a quote for the differing sizes and conditions. After I decided, the payment and shipment were also quick.

First purchase from StoreCan. Product delivered on schedule by a competent driver. Product was above my expectations, clean and suitable for my requirement. Price and delivery was very fair, in my estimation. We were surprised to see your review, especially since your Used 20’ container was delivered on May 9, 2025, exactly as scheduled, and we haven’t heard any concerns or feedback from you in the five months since delivery.
At StoreCan, we always go above and beyond to ensure every customer receives excellent service. All used containers are picked next off the pile, but our drivers carefully inspect each container for solid floors, working doors, and wind and water tight integrity before delivery.
Given that no issues were ever reported and that your comment only mentions colour, this review seems to lack context and may have been posted in error or unrelated to your purchase from StoreCan.
