We’re truly surprised to hear about your dissatisfaction with the container.
As discussed during the purchasing process, we offer the option to request photos when the container is loaded at the depot for delivery.
Additionally, our delivery confirmation outlines that if any concerns arise, customers should call our office before the driver leaves the delivery site.
We haven’t received any calls or emails regarding this, so your review has caught us off guard.

Used once container was definitely worth it for us. Arrived in great condition, on time and placed exactly where i needed it to be. Only issue was it wasn’t cleaned out before delivery. There were several cables still attached inside and grease on the floor. The delivery man offered to deal with it but didn't have much time before his next job

The truck driver was very helpful
The truck driver was very helpful, we were worried about our preparation work, he inspected it and okayed it, backed the unit up to the site PERFECTLY. Also assisted with the blocking well placing it down.
It was really a stress free experience. He made contact to say he was on his way, arrived as he said he would. The whole experience was very good. Yes 5 stars. George was awesome also. Very helpful and kind. Nice guy. Thanks to George and the driver.
