The location and facility is close to my Home and very accessible. The Parking lot can use some more space, as I was blocked in by 3 moving trucks, but other than that, everything else is up to par.

Customer service was 5 stars. Facilities were what made me rate this three stars. The unit was fine, nothing special. But the accessibility was terrible. The lanes and space between the unit buildings were very tight for a truck, much less a 15' uhaul and trailer. They are improving their gate, so I'm pleased to here they are upgrading and trying to make their place better. Will return.

Ii was very impressed with the time it took to walk into the office to having my unit all packed & locked for the day. They took care of everything in a matter of a little time. Also i didnt have many, if any questions cause the rep that took care of me informed me of everything i needed to no. The only thing that i am not happy about was tge weekend hours. Closed on Sunday & only open till 4pm on Saturday. Other than thst issue they were great & i see myself staying there for as long as i need to.
