I received a huge heavy box. The box was mangled from being shipped and people having to man handle it. It was filled with loose hangers, tag gun, tag plastic lines, size rings, poles for hanging clothes on slate wall & the brackets to hold the poles on the slate grid. 3 of the 6 brackets are bent due to not being properly packaged in the box. I also am still trying to detangle pant hangers that are a complete mess. I buy quite regularly, along with several other business owners that I know. My other orders have been fine that’s why I didn’t rate this a 1 star.

I haven’t received the products as of today.

After shipping the wrong items to me the Store Supply were very nice. They had the large and heavy box picked up and got me the items I ordered. Very nice and easy experience.

Ordered the hanger extender to reach higher areas. The wing nut doesn’t seem to hold the extender in place. It may be fine for very light items but something a little heavier, may collapse when used.

I have ordered from these folks a couple of times now. A few of my items have arrived to me broken (it's the nature of the item) but not only has customer service gotten a replacement to me quickly, they also addressed my packaging concerns when they reshipped.

Product was as promised with timely delivery.

My order came quickly but on the back of my necklace stands, there were dirty fingerprints on them. I was not happy about that!

THE BOXES ARE THIN & EASY TO DAMAGE, RESULTING IN AN GREATER CHANCE OF LOOSING PARTS. LUCKY ENOUGH THE FED X GUY HAD TO TAPE UP THE BOXES THE BEST HE COULD, STILL LEAVING THE GREATER CHANCE OF LOOSING PARTS , LIKE THE SMALLER PARTS-EXAMPLE: HARDWARE TO ASSEMBLE THE RACK WITH, OR EVEN WORSE ONE OF THE LARGER PARTS. THE PRODUCTS IN THE BOXES IS FIVE STAR PRODUCTS. EXCELLENT PRODUCTS @ THE RIGHT PRICE.

Hangers are quality products and were shipped immediately!

order was easy, products came in exactly as ordered and on schedule.
one of the trays already broke on the side, and seems very cheap quality, not sure if it was just this tray. I bought a few, so I need time to see if the same is with the others. I'm happy I ordered.

Because of poor packaging, hardware to attach was missing. We had to purchase additional screws and nuts to assemble. I guess we could have requested them from Store Supply Warehouse but we did not want and should not have to wait for an additional delivery

I am a repeat customer...have bought the metal hangers several times in the past. I really like the hangers and plan to buy more as the need arises for them. Was not happy with how they arrived in the box though. When not ordering by the "case", all of my hangers were just thrown in a large box and it took me nearly an hour to untangle all of them.

5 out of 5 for customer service! 3 out of 5 for shipping (one box damaged) 0 out of 5 for product (it lasted 2.5 hours on the floor)

Took forever to get my order and when I got it a slatwall was damaged and I haven't heard from customer support whatsoever to get it fixed.

I really love your products ~ but unfortunately your shipping cost is too much for our small business ~ the shipping cost was almost the same as the product I bought !!
Sadly, we are in the process of looking for a closer, local supply company for our crafting needs.
